I would not recommend you to park here if you have an alternative. Unfortunately I did not, my rear windshield has been broken 3 times within 4 weeks. The first time I filed a claim with the parking structure I never got an answer. Anyway the 3rd time it happened I had a dash cam installed so I a video of the guy who destroyed my car and the car next to it.

The police came and I had put the videos on a USB thumb drive and they wanted to see the video. I did not have my laptop with me so I suggested to use the Parking Management's office as they have computers and prior to contacting the police I went there to share the video of the vandalism for them to be on the lookout for the guy and help put the other person who's car was destroyed.

When we arrived there, the lady did not allow the Police to use the computers to watch the video, she did not open the door of the office saying her manager is not here. The officer even told her "Do you realize that you're preventing police investigaton?" Well she didn't open and the police just said send us the video by email which I did.

I also decided to share a picture of the car that was destroyed next to me on social medias saying that if this is your car, I have video of the person who did that. This got me some attention and all of a sudden people from that company realized that I existed and asked me for both the video and the police report. Now that I got your attention, what are you planning to do? Well long story short the answer is nothing.

Lucky for me I'm moving in a few days so I will no longer have to park here.

Park here only if all other options are unavailable - worst of the tight 'shoe-horned' in parking structures in DLTA. Seems to have surge pricing parking and you only are informed of the Flat-Rate parking at the the ticket dispensing gate. No price information until your at the gate on the 2nd floor of the structure. Granted, it was Nisei week, but $28 Flat-Rate and no validation from the local shops is pretty high for a Sunday evening.
Park at the Japanese Village Plaza parking if possible, at least most of the shops in Little Tokyo will validate parking at that structure.

Pretty close to everything but the pay machines don’t have change for cash so you end up paying $20 instead of $15 and don’t seem to work for credit cards either.

Highly misleading sign. Parked here on a Saturday for half an hour and they charged us the 10 dollar flat rate, when the sign made it looked like it would be 4 dollars for half an hour (2 dollars each 15 minutes) Watch out if you don’t plan to spend an extended amount of time here.

It’s not actually the little Tokyo mall parking lot, it’s joes parking. Only two places in the mall actually validate. Go to village parking lot aros the street. Everyone in the outdoor area validates even the little market.

Had a parade (08/13/2023) near by and the entire parking structure was blocked by the exits so this caused mass confusion. Why would a company block off all exit points compromising public safety. No email was sent out letting monthly parking customers know about this parade prior to. I went be seeking to take this complaint higher

Not worth the $180 a month. I’ve been parking here for about 2 months and then my car was broken into. The garage takes no responsibility and you’re on your own. For as expensive as it is they can afford more security. I won’t be parking with Joe’s again

Ive been doing a monthly parking at this place previously. Got my car broken into twice!! They office and the security doesn’t care at all. Staircases smell like urine and is full of thieves and homeless. The person at the office is never there. Avoid parking here overnight!
