I Called around 9am reception answered said she will call back after she spoke to tech. One hour later she called and said the techs would arrive in 20 minutes. James and Blair arrived in 20 minutes had part in truck and fixed my refrigerator. Wow! Relieved!

Second time using them and I can honestly recommend them for appliance repairs. Scheduling is easy and pretty quick to get someone out. They have solved the issues quick and effeciently, cleaned up after themselves. Upfront costs and pricing, no surprises! He had to order a part for my washer and it came in earlier than quoted, called me to get it scheduled right away.

Service tech Jamie arrived ahead of schedule, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. Fortunately he had the required replacement part in his vehicle quoted a reasonable TOTAL price and quickly repaired my washer.
Very nice and knowledgeable pro. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The repair man was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would have been very happy except that the company charged me about $800 to have the water dispenser fixed on fridge. That is the price of half a new fridge. It was $146 to come out to diagnose and $654 for parts and labor. They should really have the diagnostic fee go towards the repair.

We called 911 Service Today & requested Blair at the recommendation of a neighbor. He exceeded her high praise, I’m calling him the appliance whisperer! He listen to our refrigerator & diagnosed our issue immediately, parts are ordered and then we had lessons on keeping all the rest of my appliances working at their best. He is knowledgeable & kind, going above & beyond, especially love that company reps have served our country’s military & continue to protect us, just in a different way now.

Blair and his helper ( so sorry that I can’t remember his name) were able to quickly address my issue to my complete satisfaction. In addition they were very personable and did their job with pride and a pep in their step. Would highly recommend them. And if you like supporting our military, that is who they employ. ?

We received excellent service from Blair and Jamie. They have had to return to our house several times due to a glitch in our stove. The multiple visits were not their fault but because the stove needed new parts. Each time, they have been warm, conscientious, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were always on time and 911’s efficient office gave notice of when they were going to come. The whole operation is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend 911 to anyone who needs a repair.

After being left high and dry by another installer, 911 came and saved the day! They completed our oven installation quickly, professionally, and with care. Communication was excellent (they called when they were on the way), and they even took a moment to set the oven clock for us before leaving. I'd recommend them strongly!
