We spent $400 on a refurbished washing machine from this store. It didn't even last 90 days. Called to see if they'd look at it. Said they wouldn't do anything without me paying another $100 for a service fee due to being beyond the warranty period. They wouldn't even haul their deficient product away. Recommend you shop somewhere else (especially for refurbished products) and consider just getting a new one.

Needed a small stackable washer dryer. They had three in stock. Small scratches but looked great. Saved $500 from what Lowes wanted to charge me. So far working good! Hope it keeps working good. I used a little of the savings to buy a two year warranty just in case.

I bought a washing machine on August 3rd, they were supposed to deliver it on Monday August 5th, they didn’t show up until the following day. They did a sloppy job when installing the machine. Two weeks later the machine started making noises when it was filling up with water, then we started getting a code. I reached out to the number on the invoice on August 21st, they said they would send a tech out to look at it on Friday August 23rd, at 1pm they finally told me that they weren’t going to show up. That Sunday I went to the store to see if I could exchange the machine for one that works and they wanted to give me a downgrade. The guy who helped me said that he would send a tech to look at the machine on Wednesday, once again they didn’t let me know that they were going to show up until 1pm, at that time I was told that they had to order a part and the part wouldn’t get here until Friday and the tech would be here Friday afternoon or Saturday. It’s Saturday August 31st, 10:20am and I’ve called the store three times and nobody is answering. I feel like I got robbed, they are very unprofessional, unresponsive and inconsiderate of others time.

Update: I added a star due to the fact that the manager took the time to discuss the above issues with me and came up with a solution. He asked that we grace them with more time (until Thursday 9/5) if by then, the machine is still not fixed or if they do not get a similar model to exchange, they will refund me and come pick up the broken machine.

Update 9/9/24: I sent the owner a text message on Tuesday 9/3 around 4pm and he said they got the part earlier that day, he sent a tech over to fix it that evening. So far the machine has been working well.

Went there the one guy working was not interested in helping us. He was on the phone the whole time had a rude attitude. He did say he was on the phone with a customer but at the very least acknowledge us and say I will be with you soon. Even when we were leaving he made no attempt to ask us did you not find what you are looking for. You can try to make an excuse but it was 2 of us and we both felt the same way.

I despite offering to cover additional costs for a technician to resolve the issue, they declined to take any responsibility.

Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I no longer wish to do business with them.

Very pleasant transaction through and through. Was in need of a washer and dryer so I called to inquire. Good prices and very accommodating to supply pictures and measure to ensure it matched what I needed. Bought in the evening and the next morning was delivered and installed.
