The delivery personnel were professional, courteous and careful and informative. I've never been to a store that was less interested in making a sale. We put in an order for a whole set of kitchen appliances worth thousands of dollars. The fridge delivery was delayed due to supply issues, but I had to follow up multiple times to remind the sales rep to check its status. I eventually ended up cancelling my big order and put in a new order for just a fridge from a different manufacturer that was going to be available sooner. Same deal; I had to call and ask for updates. After about 2.5 months from my initial order, I ended up buying the appliances from Best Buy. They arrived in two days. 2.5 months vs 2 days. Not even comparable. Funny thing is that I didn't even call Bray back to say "forget about my order". And they never called back. It just seemed like they didn't want to try selling a product or making money.

It baffles me that in this day and age a sales organization can't spend a little to effort to make a sale when you have an eager customer willing to spend money at your store. They didn't need to work hard to earn my business. I needed new appliances. They just needed to coordinate the delivery.

I am giving them two stars only because they were respectful. But respectfully disinterested 🙂

We like using Bray & Scarff for appliances because that is their business. The other stores do not have the same level of knowledge or experience.
I like the online ordering and it was incredibly easy to arrange for installation.

Bray & Scarf are very nice and customer focused.
I’ve order an appliance and am waiting on delivery to the store, so that I can then go pick up the machine. Delivery to my home vs the store was a significant additional cost, even though the store is only 1mile from my home. I chose to save some money on the ~$500 procurement and pick it up myself.
