I'll give one star for the amount of selection they have, but DO NOT purchase any appliance from this company any time soon, if at all.

Like many others in the area, we needed a new stove. We walked in and were immediately assisted. They had the exact model we were looking for and at a great price. I said I would be back later with my parents, as they were in need of a stove and dryer and we were so happy to have found affordable options. I held the door open while the stove was wheeled out, and as it was on the hand truck it was POURING water out of it. "They must not have drained it after they cleaned it" was the excuse given once he realized I was second guessing our purchase. Against my gut instinct, I allowed him to load it up, still steadily leaving water.

My fiancé did go back in before leaving and said hey we are pretty concerned this is salt water. He assured us it was from being cleaned and we left. Upon arriving home we saw how much water was in the bed of our truck and ended up tasting it and wouldn't you know it? SALT WATER. We never even unloaded the thing. Called the store back and said we were returning it and was told of course no problem. Refund was processed before we even got there.

This stove was and is, without a doubt in my mind, flooded from the recent hurricanes. It is absolutely appalling to me that he would see a young family come in, infant on my hip, and STILL complete the sale of something that could have seriously compromised the safety of my home and my children.

What a complete lack of integrity and horrific judgement call for your business. To know people are in major need right now and take advantage of that impossibly difficult to understand.

So, if you're still wondering, I wouldn't recommend them if they were the last appliance company in town.

UPDATE 10/15/24 - I have uploaded the photos posted by your company 16 weeks ago on social media advertising the stove. If it wasn't ready to sell yet from "cleaning", why was it listed for sale? It took the stove 4 months to dry out?
If you're going to be a liar, don't be a bad one.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. They false advertise. They claim they have a 90 day warranty but it is only a 15 day warranty then you have to pay for parts. They don’t tell you this until after there is a problem. Just bought a dryer 30 days ago and now it takes 3 hours to dry 1/3 of the load and the owner won’t help unless I pay for parts.

UPDATE: BEWARE OF OWNER.
We never received any sort of warranty paperwork . We were told how much the set was and that was it. Talk about responsibility? You are the one that will need to take responsibility. We were told we would get a 90 day warranty on all the washer and dryer.

10/10 I recommend this place to everyone looking for appliances! The staff are nice and friendly and delivery was great. I bought a washer and dryer for a great price and had no issues. After purchasing the washer and dryer I bought a fridge from them and it was perfect. Best appliance shop in the area

Like many others in the area we needed new appliances. Jay at Bayshore Appliances helped us find something within our price range and was very helpful. We’ve had no issues, and they stand by their warranties!

Bought a fridge, stove, and a washer dryer set at great prices. All were delivered for $40 and were installed by Jay and a helper. Only problem we ran into was the front of the fridge got damaged when it was being hoisted through the front door. I wish they had evaluated the door frame a little better prior to attempting to get the fridge through the doorway. Jay said he would come back to replace the control panel piece on the front that was damaged, but I have not heard anything from him after about a month. So my "new" fridge is damaged on the front and I'm disappointed about that. I know it was only a $600 fridge but that's a lot of money to me, and I was hoping for it to look good for a while. Other than that, I feel I received a good value and would go back in the future. They were also kind enough to move my old existing fridge into the garage at no additional charge.

Buyer beware!!!! Read his 90 day warranty before paying him any money, it's really only a 15 day warranty and after that you have to pay for parts the other 75 days. My wife asked what kind of warranty the refrigerator had and he said 90 days, not one word about the 15 day deal at all. Boy what a big mistake it was not reading it before paying and trusting his words. Also good luck getting him to come and repair the appliance if it doesn't work, first time took him 2 days to show up and the second time 3 days and I have been waiting 5 days now for a call or text about it being broken again. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A USED APPLIANCE OR NEW, for that matter.

Replying to your BS story . Number 1 you told me that there was no way to adjust the front of a refrigerator that has wheels on it, I certainly that you could. It had nothing to do with the floor. It seems like everyone you deal with has a attitude, that's kinda funny. The reason I told you I would take care of it is because you thought you could BS us by saying the floors uneven instead of just adjusting the front wheels. You're a piss poor salesman and appliance repair person. The problem with the refrigerator had nothing to do with the unlevel ness it was water leaking from the ice maker down the back of the freezer and icing over the evaporator fan. I'm not a appliance repair man I figured it out on my own. You have know business
dealing with the public, your just a big story teller always wanting to blame the customer. Read though the reviews.
