I just purchased a refrigerator from this company a couple days ago. I went in there looking for a specific size because of my house having a weird spot for the fridge to fit in. I gave them my measurements and they were able to help find me the fridge that would fit in my house. They were able to deliver the fridge the next day. The people that work here were super nice and very helpful. I will definitely be going back here and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs appliances. Thanks again.

Purchased a washer and dryer set on 11/2 - did a load to find that the washer was not working properly. Called Monday since they were closed to advise. Sent someone to look
To learn the balance piece in washer wasn’t repaired properly and would have part within a couple days. Waited a few days and heard nothing. Called back and was advised oh yeah part here could come Monday. We said yes. Got a call at 8 am Monday and missed the call due to being at work. Called back as soon as could, just to be told ope missed the chance today you’ll have to wait a few more days. We have yet to having a working machine since we brought these home 11/2. Owner was just as rude as the rest. Do not recommend. We even asked to have them removed and we would pay upgrade for a working set just to be told it would cost more money for delivery. Very horrible customer service. But where you have a better customer service experience!

My recommendation is to buy a new appliance at a large store with warranty. I will now be paying more money for a used oven because it has broke twice in the last 3 months from purchasing.

3 months after purchase the bottom oven stopped working. So I pay the service fee for them to go out. The control panel went bad. Wait weeks for a control panel. This cost another $170 bucks. They fix it but while they are fixing it 2 burners stop working. Now we’re another 2 weeks without burners. Not worth the time and you end up losing money when it’s all said a done.

They never informed me the work was completed and still have not followed up about the part. Very unfortunate. Thank goodness my tenant is understanding.

I was promised excellent service and delivery when I purchased my appliance, but the experience was anything but that. During delivery, they scratched my fridge, and instead of taking responsibility, they accused me of lying and said I caused the damage myself. They even went as far as to call me a liar, claiming I was just trying to get money back, which is completely false. This business doesn’t keep its promises, and now I see many others with 1-star reviews for similar issues. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and honest service.

Wow, where do I even begin? Appliance Warehouse was a complete disaster from start to finish. They made all these promises, but when my fridge arrived damaged and didn’t even work, they flat-out refused to take responsibility. It’s like they just don’t care about their customers at all.

This experience has been beyond frustrating. I should have known from all the negative reviews. If you’re thinking of buying from here—don’t. Trust me, it’s not worth the headache.

Robert and his staff is top notch. New dish washer, fridge, dryer and washer from them. His staff is extremely knowledgeable on all the appliances they sell. They don’t try and pressure you into buying. I will be back definitely. And that little cute BBQ store is something to check out. If the wife will let me I’ll be buying a Traeger from them soon and possibly a drum smoker.
