Anthony from Mark Palmer Electric is an amazing Generac Generator specialist. He was very prompt in arriving and diagnosing the problem. Was able to fix it in less than two hours and gave me some great advice on generator maintenance. Could not ask for a better service technician! Will definitely use this company again!

I work at a hotel here in Sebring, We were looking to have some work done and called this company to get someone out here to quote a job. We called and scheduled for 05/09/2024 around 1pm for someone to come quote. Nobody showed up. I then called this company back this morning to follow up and the receptionist answered the phone like it was an inconvenience to her. I introduced myself and explained how I was just following up from the missed appointment to quote a job. She then immediately cut me off and said very rudely "Oh no, it was not missed, he came by and saw a Miller's truck there so he just turned around. We do not do business with another company there." I explained how we have a previous unit unrelated to the ones we are having quoted, still under warranty with Miller's and they were just here fulfilling the warranty. She then asked how they were supposed to know that. She was very unpleasant. Left a sour taste in my mouth regarding this company. I found it very unprofessional of the company to not even follow up. They must not need the business. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism and the rudeness of the receptionist.

We had an appointment sechedule to have a quote done to replace an AC unit. The tech never showed up ... When we called to see what was going on we were was addvised that "They don't do buisness with companies that do buisness with other competetor AC companies in the area."

When the tech arrived he saw a van in the parking lot of another AC company (doing a warrenty job on a completley seperate unit) and just turned around and left with out even speaking to us.

When we contacted the company back after the missed appointment, we were faced with a disgusting attitude from the clerk who picked up the phone. And a very poor explanation.

Completley unproffesional buisness interaction. Would not reccomend.

Duke Energy sent an immediate emergency work order to Mark Palmer to address an electrical fire hazard found while having an HVAC system installed. Matthew and Dakota were sent to address the critical issue. Can't applaud enough their dedication and quick work to provide safety to a family in need. Hard workers! Thank you

Left a voice mail Saturday afternoon about an A/C issue. They called me back at 7am on Monday and were here by 9:30. The technician Ernie was kind and explained everything to me. It was a simple easy fix. An hour later he was saying goodbye. Charge was very reasonable! I will do business here again without hesitation.

DO NOT USE!!

I was lied to about when a quote would be ready... and about when they could cone out. When I questioned it, I was cussed at.

Their staff is incredibly rude.

They did a job for us previously as well... it was below average work, and they left a mess for us to have to clean up.

This area is in desperate need of quality electricians... these certainly aren't the answer!
