We've had the Appliance Care company out to our home a few different instances and today we had Brandon here to install a new brain into one of the ovens. He was here previously to diagnose and and have a new part ordered through the office. He was a lovely, courteous young man we felt confident in his abilities and professional demeanor immediately. I do a lot of research before hiring any home service providers and repair companies. I was so impressed by the professionalism, attention to schedule (he called 30 minutes before arrival time and arrived exactly on time), the ability to make the repair with one visit, and fare pricing. I am comfortable giving the highest review and recommendation because of my confidence in this company from the friendly representative who answered my call to today as my appliance is operating as it should. Easy to schedule an appointment. The technician called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was able to diagnose the problem with my ice machine correctly. Since no repairs were needed, I only had to pay for the service call. I feel they are honest since the technician didn't make up some problem that didn't exist.

Great company, was timely. Explained everything in detail. Tech was very knowledgeable, explained the issue with my dryer in good details. Told me what likely contributed to my current issue( Lint in dryer vent overload). The fixing happened the same day. Cost is very reasonable, I will use them in the future, for sure.

The service was timely, efficient and customer friendly. Tyler was great, went above and beyond. I felt confident in his knowledge and ability. He was a hard worker and excellent communicater. I would feel comfortable having him back. The service was a little pricey. I wish the company could lower prices, or offer some discounts.

Now we have ice! Our ice maker went out. We called the Appliance Care Company for a service. They came out on time, did a very professional service, replaced the icemaker very quickly. The service was professional and fast. Mason, our technician is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. And now, we have ice again. Overall just a very good experience. Thank you!
