Brandon did a great job servicing our two furnaces for normal maintenance for winter. Highly satisfied and highly recommended.
Patrick also did a great job with our plumbing issues: Hot Water Tank replacement/upgrade plus the installation of 2 Haloion 9 units for both hot and cold water service, plus replaced main water shut-off valve that came into the house. We found a crack/pin hole leak just above the shut-off valve that had caused some water damage needing remediation currently in process. Patrick also receives a 5 star rating for the plumbing work he performed, great job, highly recommended.

Very prompt, very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Prices were within the normal standard for repairs thank you once again for sending out both of the repairmen. I had an electrical wiring problem to the thermostats that they readily solved. Only other problem was easily solved, pilot light had blown out a couple of times. Pilot light problem was easily solved by adjusting the air fuel ratio on all five burners. Thanks again,please contact homeowner with information about a service contract. Thank you

Kyle Lackner of KB Complete saved the day! The main water shut off valve for our entire house developed a serious leak after having to use it multiple times while fixing a water shut off valve in our kitchen. Just a steady stream of water coming out when the valve was open. It was even dripping while closed. We have a finished basement, so there’s insulation all around the valve that was getting wet. We were heading rapidly towards some serious water damage.

After a weak attempt to wrap plumbers tape around it and a couple frantic calls to other plumbers, an operator at KB Complete connected me to Kyle. He walked me through a simple repair over the phone that actually worked! I was floored.

He saved me a $139 + repair house call with a simple, 10-minute phone call, essentially on his own time. That is serious integrity. Thank you, Kyle! I will be scheduling my next plumbing service with KB Complete.

Huge shout outs to Ashley and sweet Manuel who have yet again made a very happy and satisfied customer out of this gal. I will recommend KB Complete again and again and again. They have now diagnosed and completely fixed two large issues with our HVAC. They replaced and have maintained our new furnace, and just recently fixed our brand new air conditioner that was installed incorrectly and wired insufficiently which in turn affected our HEAT! Every person I talk to along the way (schedulers, dispatch and technicians) have been phenomenal, so kind and very knowledgeable. Not to mention, KB reached out to me after I scheduled my appointment online to check if I wanted someone to come out sooner (same day!); a furnace this new shouldn't have issues, and they wanted to make sure we were taken care of (reminder, the issue was due to incomplete wiring on the AC heat pump from a previous company used).
