Travis performed the service. Had a wall switch replaced with timer added with some general maintenance of breaker box. Very courteous and the work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Will be using again when needed.

Travis came out quickly and evaluated our issues. It took a few days to schedule the work but he came out and finished everything in a timely manner. Very friendly and great service. Would recommend their company for anyone needing an electrician.

The customer service was amazing from start to finish. The owner texted with me prior to the appointment and helped me gain valuable information as I selected and purchased a generator. Travis came out and provided our service (50 amp plug and surge protector) and made sure we were prepared for another power outage and came back out to show us how to use our generator after we got everything from our plumber installed. Fantastic family owned business!

If zero stars were an option…. A week before Baryl storm hit, I schedule a visit to make sure my generac was ready for the storm, coincidently the generator gave an error code of unable to start. Electric city showed up on Saturday morning and quoted me $1,700 to replace the battery. I was ok paying around $400 for a battery replacement not $1,700.

Kicked them out and picked up the same battery from o’Reilly’s for $150 took me 10 minutes to install.

I hate when companies take advantage of people during natural disasters.

These guys are AMAZING!! They were on time, professional, and educated me on so much! They do a safety walk when they first arrive and tell you if anything is unsafe. I love that safety is their priority. Especially since electricity can cause damage or total loss when things are not done correctly or outdated. They fixed up my breaker box for me and installed a plug just for my old grooming van to plug in at night and charge. She has a inverter system similar to RVs. I highly recommend Electric City. I will forever use them for my electrical needs and recommend them to others.

I thought I was getting basically a cord hanging out of my wall to hook up my generator. NOPE!!! I ended up with a very fancy professional looking waterproof box so that I can connect my portable generator to my breaker box. it is so clean and well done. You are crazy to use anyone besides Electric City!!!!

Had Electric City out for the second time to do some work. Live in an older home and needed some electrical outlets put in the garage, along with an outside light. Travis first came out to explain my options thoroughly. Carry, Travis and Justin all came to get the job done on the day of service! Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, made sure I was happy with the end result! Also offered to come back and make any adjustments needed! Great group to work with! Highly recommend Electric City!
