I recommend to who ever is reading this not to shop from modern electronics Vishrantwadi ,as they do not give proper service after purchasing of products and goods products purchased from their gets damaged within 1.5 years for big brand also like LG. I had purchased LG TV from modern electronics in December 2022 and along with it i had purchased stabiliser from shop after their sales man suggested me to buy in case if their is high voltage supply to avoid damage to panel or tv. After 1.5 years tv panel(display) got damage after fluctuation in voltage even tv was connected to stabiliser . I don’t understand if stabiliser was faulty or tv and now i have to spend 15 thousand to repair the TV panel. I am really disappointed with LG and modern electronics I would recommend not to buy LG products and not to buy anything from modern electronics. Please buy from a good place where they value customer and help customer if product is faulty. My TV has warranty of 1 year and it got damaged in 1.5 its so surprising that headphone i have purchased from a local shop with local brand also works for 2 years but a big brand like LG tv doesn’t work for 1.5 year also.

Prompt, Very Good, Immediately response while purchasing goods from shop.... But Very poor and worst response on servicing of that material product. We had purchased one air conditioner from the shop, one year it worked good , found some problem in the machine and ask them to send a technician to check the error and get it resolve. But from last four days no one came. And we are waiting for it when it is really required in this hot summer season. My suggestion -- should take immediately action, within 4 hours same day Or at least on the next day of the complaint. Thank you?

Really horrible people.
Very poor quality and service.

Bought cooler stand for 700 rs. (Which is way too expensive). Tht broke within 2 hours.

Took back to the guy, and he said no return.

Never trust them for long term good quality product and services.

Cooler Stand is already given at shop. Owner refused to give any money back.

We purchased this Lloyds (sold as new) AC from Modern Electronics on Thursday 29-April-2022. Al the time of purchase all commitments were provided. AC delivered the next day on 30-April. It has been a show piece since the so called installation. Not functioning. Everytime a new excuse is given. All commitments at the time of purchase were false. Hopeless customer service even by Llyod. No one knows what is exactly wrong as no one cares. Regret purchasing firstly Lloyd AC and secondly from Modern Electronics. Highly disappointed ?
