Easy process to purchase a new washer. I had the one I wanted picked out, sales team worked with me quickly to address questions regarding delivery and removal of old unit, and got delivery scheduled quickly. Delivery driver phone before to confirm arrival time, and was great helping getting the unit into the home where I needed it so I could finish installing (which I chose to do myself). All around solid process for my first time working with B&B.

We’ve used B&B Appliances for years for repairs of our refrigerator and stove. This year we refurbished our kitchen and decided to purchase all new appliances from B&B . We had some problems with a dishwasher and the microwave. B&B came cane out and was able to fix the dishwasher. After seeing placement of the under counter microwave, they recommended getting a different model for under the counter. They did all this quickly and without hesitation. I experienced outstanding customer service with B&B appliance. Their technicians are both capable and polite. The repairman showed up promptly and their technology advised me when he left the office, when he was en route, and when he arrived. I couldn’t stay and had to leave in the middle of the repair. I trusted him in my home by himself. Not only did he do an excellent job of repairing the appliance, but the house was secured when I got home. Turns out, some family photos had slipped under the fridge years ago. Instead of leaving them there, the technician thoughtfully set them on the counter for me. He easily could have simply rolled the fridge back over them and I never would have known. But he took the time to go the extra mile. I really appreciate that sort of conscientiousness, especially since I wasn’t even home when he did it. Great folks, great work, delighted to have them in my home.

Shop for your appliances here instead of the big box store. Sean was extremely knowledgable and answered our questions regarding the different manufacturers for our new gas range. I was so pleased with his knowledge and the ability to call a local business that we were prepared to pay more than the big box store. We were pleasantly surprised when the quotes were almost the same. But you get so much better service and follow-up and knowledge at B&B.
