I recently had Echelon Electric come to estimate multiple electrical jobs in my newly purchased home. Andrew took the time to explain different possible alternatives and how best to remedy issues with existing fixtures. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions. His patience and suggestions were greatly appreciated. The communication, with this company, IMHO is second to none. His staff reached out immediately when I emailed a question through their site when Andrew was away. He also followed up with calls about the job. Not hearing back from businesses can be so frustrating. This company cares about their customers and it shows. As an owner, Andrew genuinely wants to work with your needs. He knows what he is doing and prides the business he runs. I look forward to working with this company in the future if I ever need anything done again.
