Arnold at WDC Kitchen and Bath provided outstanding service when we purchased a refrigerator. Even though we arrived close to closing time, Arnold was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding us through the process with ease. He went above and beyond by personally helping us package and load the refrigerator into our truck, which made the experience even better. His professionalism and dedication to customer service were impressive. I highly recommend Arnold and WDC for anyone looking for top-notch service!

Terrible experience with the installers.1)They ripped out part of the cabinet trim when they removed my previous dishwasher and did not tell me. (I could only see the damage when I opened the dishwasher door after they left.) 2) It turns out the Miele plug -- which is a weird size -- would not work with the outlet under the sink without disconnecting the garbage disposal. Instead of consulting with me when they recognized the problem, they installed the dishwasher and told me to run an extension cord across my kitchen when I needed to do dishes. This is a $2,000 dishwasher, and I'm supposed to run an extension cord across my kitchen when I need to do dishes? They also told me that using an extension cord would probably void the warranty, so I should pay an electrician several hundred dollars to come out and install a four-outlet receptacle. (Incidentally, we've had Bosch and GE dishwashers plugged into this receptacle without an issue. Why didn't someone in sales tell us we might have a problem with this unusual Miele plug?) Before the installers left, I noted there was a huge gap along one side of the dishwasher. They told me that our niche was too big and we should have a carpenter come fill it in. The niche wasn't too big before they ripped out a one inch wide piece of trim!!! The missing trim made the niche too big. The last straw was this morning. The installers didn't properly attach the dishwasher to the cabinet, so the dishwasher walked out from its niche overnight while it was operating. I had to push the heavy appliance back into place just to I could make breakfast. There are bent and broken screws from where they had screwed the dishwasher into the cabinet. Oh, and none of the silverware was clean -- courtesy of a $2000 dishwasher. Do not use these people. What a joke.
