Fantastic juices, they smell amazing, great people. I am new to vaping, i told her the flavors i like and she made me this amazing custom juice. I love the fact their juice is so inexpensive and they literally have every single thing you can possible make there. I am a now a repeat customer.

At Big E's the prices are reasonable and you get what you paid for. The staff at Big E's are really nice and extremely helpful, they answered all of my questions with ease.
Big E's has a huge variety of electronic cigarettes and accessories to fit anyone's needs. Big E's sell over 150 different types of flavors for you to choose from, plus they can make any flavor you want and it only takes a few minutes. Big E's products are sold at a very reasonable price.
I really liked how easy it was for me to switch from smoking a regular cigarette to smoking an electric cigarette. Personally I thought that it would be a lot harder to switch to only huge smoking an electric cigarette but it wasn't. I especially like that my house, my car, and my clothes don't smell like an ashtray anymore.
I would definitely come back here again. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone who wants to kick the habit of smoking regular cigarettes and to start smoking an electronic cigarette.

I always shopped at location on 21st and Amidon. But they closed that store. Which my registered service dog was always welcome to enter. Tried the store at 2837 N Broadway a last time and it was curbside service only. Which is fine if you know what you are needing. Today tried to go into the store at 2837 N Broadway and was told couldn't take my registered service dog in. Pretty sad when a service dog that goes everywhere isn't allowed into somewhere as simple as a vape shop.. SO LOST MY BUSINESS!!!

These guys are always knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and quick. The juice flavors are great and they work with you to make custom juices. I visited the N Broadway and 13th and Tyler store about once a week.

Friendly helpful staff.. It's not their fault that every store has virtually no hardware inventory. Most locations look like you are visiting them the day before they are closing for good.

I recently spent a $100 dollars on a new vape mod , that worked for one day brought it back with receipt and they wouldn't do anything to help , shady freaking store and way to assist new customers. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend anyone I come across in my sales environment to do so as well.
