Mr. Jay is an awesome electrician and an incredible man. He made time out of his busy schedule to do a same day appointment to assess why my 93 year old Mom had electrical issues such as no phone, no refrigerator and no tv. He quickly ordered and received the necessary supplies to fix the assessed problems, and he kept us well-informed prior to the installation and repair of my Mom's circuit breaker box. If you have electrical issues and want a professional, thorough and kind electrician--make sure to call Johnson Electric Company and ask for Mr.Jay!!

Mr. Jay, Electrician with the Johnson Electrical Company was very thorough, polite and professional. We discussed why the light fixture was not working prior to his arrival. He arrived at the time specified with a replacement light fixture . He diagnosed the issue and determined that the light fixture indeed needed to be replaced. The job was completed within one hour.

Mr. Johnson and his team were ultimate professionals and completed the job with true professionalism - not signing off until I was pleased with the work. We had security cameras installed in the front and back of the house and they work great! Would definitely call on them again!!!

Do yourself a favor and don’t bother to call another electrician but Johnson Electric. Mr. J has been here all day hanging very challenging fixtures. He did whatever it took to complete the job with exquisite attention to every detail. Mission accomplished and I know for sure there is no one out there who could have done this job as professionally as it was. I’m thrilled with the final work. And he and his partner were a pleasure to work with.

JECO was prompt when we needed someone to help us install a GFCI outlet with a 24 hour turn around. For that service, which took about 20 minutes, we were charged $350 dollars which seems super expensive to me. Honestly I feel bad giving them 3 stars but I thought it was very expensive, we were told it would be between $275 and $350, however We also provided the GFCI outlet so there were 0 costs in materials for them. The replaced outlet was also not returned, it was taken and that was not theirs to keep.

If the business can tell me why the installation was $350 instead of $275 and why the replaced outlet was taken I will increase one star.

A very disappointing experience, and we have tried to find a solution with the company, but since we haven’t had much luck, unfortunately have to leave this review.

We lost electricity in our daughter’s bedroom, and called for an electric to come see what the problem was and fix it. This company electrician comes, says oh you guys have an older electric box model (which we knew, we recently moved to this house). He refuses to look into the problem in our daughter’s room, and instead starts trying to sell us a new electric panel, electric meter and what not. He was talking very fast and it was overwhelming tbh. He then said ok now pay me for my visit, and I just venmoed him $225 literally for nothing. I asked him, ok, could you please send me like a one page report with all these details you mentioned so we can discuss at home and follow up with you. He leaves and says yes I will send you the report. I proceed waiting for 2 weeks for the report or any other follow up. Call the electrician, leave messages. Nothing. This whole time in the middle of a heatwave our daughter doesn’t have electricity in her room. We get fed up and call another electric from a different company, who fixes everything in less than nam hour and charges us three times less than what the previous one charged us for doing nothing. I then contacted the mentioned above electric company and tried to complain about the specific electric they sent and ask for reimbursement. They kept promising the electrician will contact me. He called me one time and promised to follow up but didn’t. He was also extremely rude on the phone. Every time I called since, he just hangs up the phone. Bottomline, this was incredibly disappointing and a waste of money, time and energy
