This company also owns and operates an RV/Boat storage on Kelly Lane in Pflugerville. When I returned from a trip in my travel trailer the first week of April 2023 someone with an open trailer full of garbage was in my rented space which I had treated for bugs. When I called the office they instructed me to park in a different space of their choosing and assured me it was just for a few days. When I returned the following week my space was still occupied. I also noticed red mites all over my tires and axle. The following week I returned again to find my space still occupied and the mites had now covered the entire trailer. I called the office to ask them to help me with either moving the trailer in my spot or giving me another one of the many open spaces that may not be infested. The woman I spoke with was annoyed at my request and said there was nothing she nor I could do. The following week I showed up and picked up my travel trailer and cancelled my agreement with them. I will not go back nor refer them.

These guys came out to our facility on short notice to help us get a new machines online and so far we are happy with the work. Jeromie was responsive and came to our place after hours to help out with the installer.

AWESOME WORK VERY PROMPT BUT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. OWNER AND CONTRACTORS ARE LIKE MACHINES AND BLAME THE BILLINGS ON ACCOUNTANT. THEY DON'T USE THEIR DAIN BRAINS TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR EXPLAIN ANYTHING. DRY AND EXTREMELY NO HOSPITALITY..
