Individual (Kody) was prompt and on time. His appearance was neat and personality was friendly. He went through a lot of diagnostics before identifying the issue. A part was ordered, received and he returned to install only to identity the issue was a belt that had slipped off and not been installed properly. He reapplied the belt and took the washing machine through a complete cycle to ensure it was working properly.
Excellent service and clean personable repair individuals. I will use them again in the future.
