Coordinated an agreed time to meet to buy a grill that took a 90 min trip one way. Ensured I was in communication about my arrival time with Danny and all was good. Arrived to pick up the grill 10 min early to find the grill being loaded into the back of someone else's vehicle. When I told this person who I was and why I was there they said it had already been sold. I asked if he was Danny and he said "no, just a family friend helping out". After this "family friend" left, another person came and asked if I needed help, I explained why I was there and that person said that the first person I talked to was Danny and this was Danny's family business. Doesn't have the integrity people should do business with

My deaf sister -in-law took her dryer here for repairs. It worked for half a load. Took it back. $110. So far. Worked one load. They said bring it back will fix for free. Just picked it up and cost $50 more. Will it work this time?

They sell junk that doesn't work then won't stand behind it, they pick up others junk then sells it for way over price, it's junk. If yours is broken then ur wasting your money to buy something that's gonna be junk.its only a place that takes advantage of the people who can't buy new, my advice is don't buy from these people

This place has never failed me yet. Have gotten a washer and dryer and 2 stoves from them, and they all still work 4 years later. Would recommend.

These guys are a great bunch...every time I needed something and they said they had it then it might take a minute to locate but true to their word they found it and was very reasonable with the price. Was looking for an electronic control board and everywhere I researched it was going to be way more than the machine it was going to go on and deciding to stop in and see if they might have the part and surprised one of the boys come walking up with it. I was surely going to hear the price was where all the others were but about fell over when I heard their price. I don't go anywhere else!

After waiting about 4 months for a replacement part for our gas range, I was informed that the part was on indefinite backorder and was not expected to ever be available. My first thought was to go to Copling Appliances, because we can't afford a new range.

They don't carry gas ranges, but had a good selection of electric (a plus, since medical issues make electric a safer option). While they had a very good selection of solid surface ranges, only 1 or 2 ranges with heating elements were in stock.

The short drive, combined with the turnover of appliances they have, will make it worth waiting for Copling to get more ranges in stock. The older models usually last much longer than what is being manufactured today and the savings in price will enable me to purchase a safety device for the range following my wife's stroke.
