We bought a fire stick from Best Buy. We did this because our TV was older than Netflix would support. It is our secondary TV and did not want to buy a new one. Could not install because both HMDI ports in the back of the TV were used. Tried phoning Best Buy but not local and just a robot. Then tried The Geek Squad could not connect to a person with out initiating a membership purchase. Again a Robot. Phoned Extreme Electronics and got a person right away one willing to answer my questions. They also came out to our house on a service call when we needed a little more help. Local Store no robot great service. Ryan was very knowledgeable and just a great person.

I’m a customer out in British Columbia and EE was the only store I found with the exact item I wanted this Christmas season. The experience I had with manager Kisha has been nothing short of phenomenal and demonstrated excellent customer service.

Despite UPS’ best efforts to thwart the holiday season, Kisha and her crew’s assistance in dogging them down in an effort to get my mother’s big Christmas gift delivered did not fail to yield results. I have the gift, it’s wrapped, ready to go. Christmas is saved!

Walked in to inquire after seeing Car audio deals online. And for the first time in awhile can safely say that was the best customer experience I've had in years. Kisha and Ian both helped answer every question I had, made jokes, felt like I'd known then for ages, showed me around and even got me booked in for an appointment to get new speakers in my car.

I absolutely recommend them, and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Bought an AV receiver and cables from Extreme last year during height of COVID. Was told if it didn't work for our purposes we couldn't return right away, but to hold onto everything and return at later date. When we tried to return it earlier this year, we were told quite unapologetically no. The reasons they gave us was the box had been opened, the cables were taken out of the bag, etc. Plus they were quite rude about it. Now we are stuck with $600 worth of equipment we can't use. Not impressed!

Response to their response: Yes, we were aware we dragged our feet on trying to return, but it was not our first attempt to do so. We phoned earlier in the year and told we still couldn't return. Then life got in the way for a few months. And in terms of it not being new or unused, how exactly do you try a product out without taking it out of the box or opening the packaging. No effort was made to meet us in the middle, you wouldn't even take the cables back.

They took the time to explain all the differences between tvs that I was comparing. Very patient with my questions. Then a couple hours after my purchase they called me to say they found a rebate on the TV I bought and they refunded my over $200. They could have kept that I would never have known. Highly recommend and I will be back again.

*DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE*

We brought our Honda CRV here to get a command start installed as we trusted in this local business.
After the install was completed the vehicle was working as it should but then we started noticing issues. Slowly over time we started losing our heated seats, running lights, blower fan, dash lights etc. After taking it into the Honda dealership we found out that the factory wiring harness was severely damaged due to EXTREME ELECTRONICS installation causing everything electronic to slowly start to fail.
Our quote from Honda was $1,200 for a new wiring harness plus 8 hrs labour to replace OR get them to patch it back together at around 8 hrs of labour costing approximately $1,000 AND THE REMOVAL OF THE COMMAND START.
After a full day at Honda the vehicle was back together. I then went in person to EXTREME ELECTRONICS to tell them what had happened. I was told that no management was there until the next week but they will definitely be in touch.
Two weeks have past with absolutely no word back from anyone, I've resent emails and received nothing back.
Absolutely terrible install, terrible management, and terrible customer service.
All I wanted was for them to make it right but they obviously show that once you pay the bill they don't care at all about you afterwards.
I'm thankful our vehicle works like new again, Thanks to Honda.
I'm writing this review to help prevent others from experiencing the same shoddy work that we received.

I got a 75” TV, BBQ, BBQ cover, and pizza stone kit all for the average price of a tv at other stores. Kisha the store manager helped me with the purchase. I came back later in the day and her and another fella helped load it all in my truck in a very timely fashion. So far, so good with the purchases. I will be a return customer for sure.
