This is an excellent business. Not only do they have about every TV you’d ever want to check out, the high-end audio situation is very strong. I worked with Jeffrey Webb and wound up buying the tube amp and speakers of my dreams. Great customer service and unbelievably competitive pricing. I would highly and continue to recommend and A&B TV. Their sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing is competitive. I had multiple very positive experiences and felt better working directly with a locally owned business. Additionally, I did have something that did go wrong with a purchase (defective TV). They were very quick to change it out and went above/beyond. That experience by itself will keep me coming back to their store versus a big box or other retailer. Well done!!

Dealt with John this morning after our TV unexpectedly died... walked in knowing basically nothing about which TV we would be purchasing but John asked all the right questions and showed us everything that made sense for our use case... We narrowed it down pretty quickly to the one we ended up buying. Probably drove past 5 Best Buys to get to A and B because this was the expertise I was looking for. There's a reason they've been here 50 years... Shop small, buy local.

Also, the price was cheaper than Best Buy. Would give more stars if I could. Thanks John.

3 years ago I bought a LG CX OLED "77 from this place. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also got install services from these guys and they did superb work hanging the TV and setting it up with my new AV receiver and speakers.

I recently had to dismantle my setup while we had new flooring installed. When I hooked it back up, I couldn't get sound out of the surround sound speakers. I just called the store and the dude saved me a couple of hundred bucks to have someone come out and help me. My problem was I had the wrong HDMI cable piped into the HDMI ARC input on the receiver. He figured it out just by asking me a couple of questions. I wanted to hug the guy. THIS is the difference between local, small stores and the big box corporate monoliths. Service and quality people. I'll go to these guys for all of my TV and audio needs in the future.
