Had my own security light pole snap after Fridays wind storm. Called them today about putting one of their LED lights on the power pole next to our drive. Within 4 hrs after calling it was up. Excellent service from the lady that took my call to installion. The brightness of light is amazing. Well worth the extra $7.35 monthly.
32 years I've lived here. Numerous storms & power outages and have never went over 9 hrs. without power. They're crews are among the best in my opinion.

Way overpriced for service. Worked with engineers to complete one lines for net metering (solar) for 6 weeks submitted after they approved it and was informed the program was filled the day before. In which previous conversations they were going to allow only so many and allowed a few extra on last day. This cost me in savings over a $100 extra a month. Wow working to get i dotted and t crossed and get railroaded at the end simply because someone shows up with their $500 app fee. They could’ve easily made a phone call and and been courteous about the program filling. (NOPE). Litterally I give 75percent of my power away for free because their next program cost me more to sell back than before I put solar in. Another win for EIEC! Any dispatches I have ever called in don’t make it to the lineman either. Pretty bad when another electrician that don’t work for the company goes and informs the crew where the problem is. Again OVERPRICED

Had a really great crew come out today and replace a utility pole. All the workers were very courteous and explained the whole process. They got the job done fast and couldn’t have been nicer to deal with.

Great service. Amazing response times. All personnel are friendly from the office staff to the linemen. When outages do occur they are on the job and get power restored quicker than any other provider I have dealt with. Thank you, EIEC!

Great service yesterday in that snowstorm. The linemen were great...they definitely need a raise!!! Thanks to all the hard workers...one of a kind!!!

Green as in they charge you an arm and a leg 200 I. Usage but we have a 550 bill , what a rip off...
