Lying, deceitful business that will make you pay other bills that werent even in your name.
The manager is absolutely lazy, don't even return your call when you have a problem.
Jessica the receptionist will lie to you over the phone
And the receptionist will try to lecture you

This business isn't even worth a one star rating. Worst people to deal with. Already complained to bbb and will do everything in my power to let Sedalia know about this wretched place. It shouldn't even be called a business and for damn sure shouldn't be a place people have to rely on. Do us all a favor and shut down! You'd be better off running a prison! Literally got told on the phone that my electricity getting shut off was not their problem and I needed to figure it out. Excuse me? Given that my bill was paid, but the person who owns the house, their bill wasn't paid, so my electric gets shut off? Great morals to pass around Sedalia. What a dump. I can't believe this place even exists. I've heard horror stories but man, didn't ever think I'd be telling one myself. They screwed over the wrong person in the town they operate in. Word travels fast around here!

I never had a problem with my electric when I was a customer.. But when I joined I payed a 25.00 membership fee and was told even if I left their electric I was still entitled to the yearly payments because I payed the membership.. and I have not been contacted with the information about this..And they have my information and address on file

Power went out @ 3, not to anyone's fault but weather. The electric guys that came to fix the transmitter, drove all thru my yard leaving horrendous damage. Left with out saying anything. This is what happened after I left to go to work. I was called from home while at work to leave work to assess damage

Our recent electric bill was almost 600 So we told them we could pay half now And the other half in 1 week! They came out, switched out our meter And handed us a bill for over 1,000!!!!! We wasn't even a whole month behind and even paid!!! Their said it's basically a deposit fee. We called themto ask what was going on and they told us all we need to do is come sign a waiver to get the 700 they charged us for no reason removed. We said we would be in there the next day to pay the rest of the 600. It was 327 to be exact and the shut off our electricity the next day!!!!!!! I'm calling bbb on these people!!!! I would get it if we was months behind but thiswas the first time we was EVER late!!!! Not even a whole month... Very sad that they're not understanding that we can't afford a whole 600 at one time. Especially after we let them know it would be paid... Shame on them!!!!! That should be illegal what they're doing

My power flickers off and on almost every day. Sometimes several times throughout the day. "Our crews are busy" yet i have not seen one truck. That can't be good for my furnace and appliances. I worry one day it will shut off for good. I miss reliable electricity.

We are coming in with a major contract with MW level of consumption, they are unprofessional and refuse to pick up even a phone call after initial agreement. Disappointed with the company really...
