Had a branch fall on my electric pole. It took out the security light and the meter. The guys were out in less than 30 minutes and had me back with power soon after. They were incredibly sweet too! Such a great crew!

I went to the drawing and was handed a piece of paper for Energy saver program offering a "energy audit" What a COMPLETE FRAUD BEING PUT OUT BY INDIAN ELECTRIC THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU $250 TO COME OUT AND DO THE ENERGY AUDIT I'VE USED INDIAN ELECTRIC SINCE 1990, I DONT KNOW WHO THEY HAVE IN CHARGE NOW,BUT APPARENTLY THEY ARE INTO DOING THEIR BEST TO MISLEAD CUSTOMERS INTO SURPRISE YOU OWE US $250

I would leave negative stars if possible. I decided to conduct an experiment between the month of November 2023 and December 2023. I did not run my air conditioner nor heater which supposedly should generally account for 40~45 percent of your electric bill. I know there are several factors to this and KwH usage can fluctuate for different households but a pretty accurate approximation nonetheless. I even went as far to shut off every air conditioning and heat pump breaker in my main fuse panel. Just received my billing statement and my bill did not change at all, still bordering upwards of $300.00. Rewinding just a bit, I received my bill in December and there was no change in the amount. I was then informed that IEC runs two months behind on their billing so I said okay and waited until February this months billing cycle with still no change in my bill amount. It’s a comfort to know that your electric bill is apparently a pre gauged amount no matter what attempts you might take to try and lower it. I’d be willing to bet if you shut off the electricity to your entire house for the entire month they would still send you the same bill amount. What a malignant industry and a sad world we live in, using extortion to gain money at the expense of something unfortunately it is very hard to live without. Can there just be at least one honest industry in today’s world?

ms alicia at the front office has been nothing short of rude to me since i called her to acquire about services. she then assumed i knew the previous tenant, relayed my private information to said previous tenant and now alicia has put
my life in possible danger due to her lack of professionalism. i have no choice but to choose indian electric because it’s the only service i can get, but i would recommend getting professional front office ladies.

My meter socket was so old that it smoked a couple fuses. Called Mullins plumbing from Tulsa. They came out the next day and saw my problem. The electrician made some calls and made arrangements with Indian Electric and within 2 hours had the entire drop replaced. Fast friendly and very business like took care of me. Now my electric is great. And at no cost to me. Fantastic!!

2 days after storm still no power and no way to report it. Can’t get through and can’t contact anyone. Maps shows they fixed our outage but they haven’t been here! Old lady Nelson even tried to tell them in person and waited at there drive to do so! They don’t care! And I’m on medical equipment to sleep. Please someone help us! Lakeview ave. Mannford

There have been 4 outages this year in my area due to weather, and every time in less than 3 hours the lineman got it up again. I'm not sure if in Tulsa it was just poorly managed but it would take nearly 12 hours everytime. Lineman at the least are hard workers for Indian Electric.

they have discriminated me from the start made me pay over 400$ deposit going off of SOMEONE ELSES BILL and gave out my PRIVATE INFORMATION to old tenant which is highly illegal I got over charged almost 2 hours ago and still no electric call again to see what the deal is and now we have to wait for these lazy people to get back from lunch when it should have been done already why are you discriminating against me why am I lower priority than everyone else they sure were not busy when I had to drive over there for the second time this is what you call worthless 1 more issue I will be contacting an attorney you have already broke the law giving out my private information now you are stealing my money and not giving me my electric that I paid for
