We are shopping for appliances for our newly remodeled kitchen. We visited a couple of appliance stores that carry higher end brands like Miele, Thermador, Wolf etc. From the first visit, we had a really good experience with Airport Appliance.
Firstly, their showroom is very well organized and displays the products from different brands very well.
For the appliance selection we worked with Ling Wang, who is extremely knowledgeable about all the appliance and has insights into the relative pros and cons for each brand. She is very detailed oriented and helped make the right choices for the appliance. She walked us through the features , installation nuances and practical inputs very patiently and in great detail. Finally, she explained the ordering, delivery and installation process in detail as well, and the entire experience was excellent.

Well, the reviews don't lie. We came in to look at refrigerators since ours died. It wasn't busy here. The salesperson looked right at us, but said nothing. No one came to help us in the 20 minutes we were there. We're put together and look like serious buyers. Hard to believe, but we got better service at Home Depot.

A year ago, this rating would have been different as we have purchased 3 appliances from here. We purchased a fridge at the end of March and within 2 weeks of installation, a leak occurred and damaged our hardwood floors. I was told at the time of purchase that if the water connection was behind the fridge, the delivery team installers would be liable, if it wasn't -- we would be. It has now been 3.5 months and we still have not settled the issue. There is a subcontractor who schedules and subcontracts the delivery and no one wants to take responsibility except blame us for it being a part of the original house. Except previous delivery drivers required us to upgrade a part on the house before installing a dishwasher. After the fridge was installed, then we're told well a new fridge will have more water pressure -- so we should have been told that and required to change the part before installing (hoping that it fit right).

It took a month for them to actually file the claim with the insurance company and the delivery driver personally kept contacting me to handle off the books because they don't want to pay the full amount that was quoted by a professional contractor. Now, it has been 2 months since the claim was filed and they are still investigating though there is no more information to gather. I called the manager of Airport home appliance and she never responded. The owner of the subcontracting schedulers initially was responsive and helpful but has disappeared now that it's in the hands of insurance.

We, as the consumer, have no advocate to help navigate all the different parties to actually get a decision made and responsibility taken. Insurance, of course, doesn't want to pay out. We will never buy from here again.

I was in a jam after my clothes washer quit. Mark D. was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with selecting a new washer. He took all factors into account and set me up with the product that would best fit my needs, rather than overselling me. That, combined with rapid delivery and a pain-free shopping experience, will bring me back to Mark & Airport Home Appliance the next time I need something for the house.

Please make sure the appliance door close as expected before delivery . I returned the appliance 3 times . I was told that before delivery , it will be verified in warehouse that appliance will be checked .
Furthermore when I changed the appliance and went directly for pickup after discussing with sales rep, the warehouse doesn’t allow me to pickup that order is on financing and their finance department is not present to release the appliance. I was told to come back again next day . I drove 40 mins for pickup confirming with sales rep.
There is a big disconnect between sales rep and the warehouse delivery people . They behave they have nothing to do with each other and asked me to contact the sales rep if I want .
First thing airport appliance need to fix is that the salesperson and warehouse team is in sync . They can’t act as separate departments and ask customer to connect with different department to sort out the problem .

I finally get my delivery of different brand appliance
Land hope there won't be any further issues. Additionally, it seems that deliveries are not made unless confirmed by 12 pm, and the sales team does not proactively reach out before this deadline if there are issues with the appliance.

Second time I had an issue with Airport Home Appliance. This time I ordered a refrigerator that shows it will fit in the space. The delivery guys showed up and said the door on the left will not open properly even though it shows it will fit. They said it would cost me 30% just to find out if it fits! I even talked to their boss who said either don’t get it or test it and pay 30% if it doesn’t fit. All my stuff is in coolers waiting and they are blackmailing me.
