You get what you pay for here, they just fix them up enough to get them sold and then you are stuck with junk and they have your hard earned cash.

Today was my third appliance I've purchased from Blanca's. The store is logically laid out where it's easy to find what you're looking to purchase. The lady was helpful and friendly. The delivery guys were friendly as well. Keep in mind these are used appliances and you'll probably get about 3-4 years use. For what you pay it's equivalent to 5 months of going to the laundromat without the inconvenience. A pretty good deal in my opinion.

Bought both washer and dryer there, within 2 weeks both issues, dryer making loud noise, and washer won't spin, they picked up and said they fixed them, now my washer has stopped yet again 2 months later, same issue! I called today about paying the $50 fee to pick up and fix, she said 'no fix here no more'. I ask about trading out then since it's not working again, she said "no we can do nothing". This set was $563. Rip off on All used appliances. Very disappointing, now my washer is full of water will not spin out. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.

Sell you the stoves with sensor on them had to go back buy regular stove eye.not a very good way to do business. You shouldn't sell someone a piece of junk knowing it's no good.

Very poor costumer service. I went to look for a missing piece to my dryer, she had it, so I bought it. Not the cheapest thing ever, then i realized I needed another piece, so I went back and she told me I wouldn’t ever find that particular piece. That they didn’t sell it alone. It’d be better if I just bought a new dryer. I went home and searched up that item and I found it. I ordered it, and the other piece I had bought from them way cheaper. It was even from the same vendor. I honestly don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The first washer we bought from them quit working after 2 weeks! We bought a set last month and they did not even work correctly. So they brought us a new set and now the dryer stopped working ? top it off they dont answer the phone half the time!

Very helpful, and a LOT of merchandise at great prices. They even delivered to us in Cleveland TN AND showed up when they said they would! They'll be our first stop for major appliances now.
