I had them out to repair my dryer initially. Right away they pretty much knew it would be my heating element, tested it and it was bad. Took it out and the coil was broken. They had to order the part but was quick to come back out and install. Then had to call them for my freezer and after testing it they were honest that I was better off getting a new one vs the cost of repairing. Very honest, straight forward and always professional. They are my go to for appliance repairs.

Very honest, clever, prompt, and timely repairs. If it's simple, they'll fix it during the service call. If it requires parts, they'll charge for parts and installation, but refund the service call. If its not repairable, they'll let you know, and you only pay the service call. The repairman was knowledgeable and knew lots of tricks for getting to the correct diagnosis without just replacing parts haphazardly. I've used them twice so far - they're sharp.
