Orlando came to repair our washing machine in our residential building over a month ago. In the process of repairing the broken part, he accidentally broke the door. He promised us that he wouldn’t charge us for the repair (note: we paid for the new part) he did since the door broke in the process. After over a month of not hearing from them, we were finally told that the cost of the new part that was broken because of them and the prior labor costs are on us. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Our tenants have been without a washing/ dryer machine for over a month because of their doing. I do not recommend this company at all. Complete scam.

Frank ‘s work is disappointing first it’s expensive and it didn’t work at all after only 2.5 months' time since his last appointment. . That means he probably didn’t identify the real problem. This appointment is a very expensive cost for an eighty-year-old lady, who lives on a small, fixed income.

This makes me question if Frank really knows what is wrong. Since this is a repeat appointment for the same problem, all over again. ..
Why didn’t his first appointment here 2.5 months ago stop any further leaks this is the same problem all over again .
Can Frank stop my Sub zero from having reoccurring leaks this time, so he not back here in 2.5 months?
That is the reason for two stars.!
This time he needs to slow down & be certain he finds & locates the real internal problem. That causes these leaks on my floor
Also, he should ask himself WHY didn’t his job work last time?
I want the Sub-Zero to work for at least one years' time without any further leaks!

Do you offer Senior Citizens a 20% discount for your service calls, like most other businesses.

The service person was efficient and got straight to the fullness of the issue I had gotten a different service provider to try attending to. This one looked at the work done previously by a different provider and detailed the issues as they stand now. It works now, and I am prepared to use them again should I need to but a new unit- they explained the issues with this modert and year... Thank you.

I had an issue with my freezer temperature. The technician adjusted the temperature in the hope that might correct the problem. He would return to vacuum the coils, if I continued to have a problem. He DID NOT charge me for the service call! What a pleasant experience!!

The technician was not familiar with the either my washer/dryer or my ice maker and did not identify the problems with either appliance correctly. I learned this after I spoke with the manufacturer of each appliance. I was charged to service each appliance incorrectly. This company should send a qualified technician. In addition, the technician showed up late after the four hour service window with no advance communication. When I called to inquire about the status on the day of service, the representative for the company on the phone was rude.
