Luis came to our home and provided a bid for a variety of electrical work we needed. Luis called ahead of the scheduled service window to let me know he was available to come early if that would be convenient for us. He arrived in a company van exactly when he said he would, was extremely professional and personable. Luis listened attentively, asked clarifying and
diagnostic questions and spelled out the process of providing a bid clearly. Luis was respectful of our home, wore shoe covers whenever entering the house and was just a generally lovely person to work with. This is our first experience with Blanco Electric and Luis made it a very positive one.

Mark called when he was heading to our house with his arrival time. I got there and he showed up within minutes. He already had an idea of the problem and it was the condenser. He replaced it and the A/C is running great. He was done in about 15 minutes and within about 90 minutes we had a cool home again. Blanco Air and Mark were great, friendly and professional. I signed up for their Shield program and now get 2 inspections a year with other benefits. I will continue using this company and their other services.

Today Jared Timms came by to do the Shield Program service. The unit in the ceiling had to be accessed through an outside trap door that had a lock on it. He was able to cut the lock off and complete the service. He was courteous and professional and was done in about 30 minutes. Also a young lady named Montana was helpful when I called earlier for assistance. Glad I called Blanco A/C originally. Great company and I highly recommend using them.

Called Blanco AC, Electrical & Plumbing on Monday to have someone come out Wednesday to provide a quote on installing an exterior 120v outlet. Steve R. arrived as promised with great communication beforehand. He quoted a very fair price for the service and Steve was able to install it that day. Steve was professional, and respectful of my home. Work was neat and thorough- he even called the other contractor I was working with to ensure his work was positioned exactly for what was required next. Superb customer service. I will definitely use them again. Top notch service from first call to their office to end of project. Each person was a pleasure to speak and work with. Highly recommend.
