In store purchase was good, zero complaints . However communication the day of delivery was a ONE STAR. They promised delivery within 2hr window and then failed to call us after that window came and went. I expressed with James no one called us to communicate but got the excuse that they only had one driver. We understand things happen first off. I informed James we had work and other places to be and that I thought the customer should be compensated for the ball being dropped. James said there was nothing he could do and that the driver couldn’t just bail on the next delivery like our :/ Excuses are like “””” everyone has one. Anyway, the delivery driver Kenneth got the install done in a flash and was out. Zero issues there. He did just fine. Just communicate. We’re all busy and have plans too.. probably Last purchase I’ll make. Looks like Best Buy from now on. I’d leave two stars if it wasn’t for the quick install.

Awesome place to buy your appliances. Salesman was Jimmie, and he was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. No pressure. Answered all of our questions, and let us use that information to make our own decision. Purchased on Saturday, and delivered on Monday. Kenny, the install technician, tested the machines, and showed us how to use all the functions. Everything was perfect, from purchase to install. Will definitely use them for future appliance purchases.

We have a Speed Queen washing machine, still under warranty and the lid lock locked, we didn't know what was wrong....called B&B Appliances for help....They were an upbeat customer service department and accommodating for scheduling service. Tech Steve arrived on time, was upbeat himself, personable, professional and presented as a tech that knew his business. Fixed our machine without skipping a beat and left our home within 20 minutes. He developed a trust between us and B & B Appliance....next time we need a new appliance we WILL shop at B & B before anyplace else...Customer service is not dead at least at B&B!!!.

The guy who was on staff was very nice and helpful. A large part of their inventor is 'scratch and dent'. We were looking for new appliances in perfect condition, so it didn't work for us, but for someone who doesn't care, the prices were pretty fair considering.

I contacted B&B prior to moving to Arizona a few weeks ago to order a washer/dryer. They were listed as a platinum dealer on the Speed Queen website and were one of the closer dealers to our new home. I spoke with Jimmy & James who were both extremely helpful in finding the models we were after. There was an open box model with minor scratching at a discounted price and they were nice enough to send pictures of that before committing to it. We were able to schedule install over the phone before we closed on the house and the washer/dryer were installed the day after we moved in with no issues.

The delivery driver was extremely helpful in explaining the basic functions of the washer/dryer and took extra care when moving & installing them so as to not damage the home in any way.

We ended up going to this location in person the day before our install to look for a fridge and James was able to help us locate a great fridge that should be getting installed this week! Their showroom is great and they have a lot of great models on display. They also have the open box appliances at a great discount if you don't mind some minor scratches or damage. Wonderful group to work with and I will buy all my appliances from them from now on.

We went to the B&B Appliances in Surprise. We talked with Rhonda and James as we looked for a new washer. They don't work on commission, so there is no pressure. We appreciated their honest opinions on the brands. We ended up with a GE washer and are very happy with it. The delivery guy, whose name I didn't get, was very nice and efficient. They have great prices. Will definitely return to B&B for any future appliances.

Got a new dryer today. They offer scratch and dent out of the box appliances. Saved some money. $55.00 deliver hook up and haul away my junk dryer in surprise.
