Donmar was exceptional from start to finish. They have demonstrated nothing but professionalism in every interaction I had with them. Michael was very thorough and knowledgeable and quoted a haggle free price that reflects Donmar honesty - a quality unfortunately I have not seen in the other AC vendors I dealt with. Some of the vendors offered to beat the lowest price but I still went with Donmar as my ‘Thank You’ for their honesty and professionalism. They did not try to sell components I didn’t need. Scheduling the installation was a breeze and the entire process took 2 business days from the time I decided. Installation was also neat and clean and was done very professionally by Carlos. Overall I felt that Donmar left me with great sense of satisfaction and relief.

Competitive pricing, quick service, and sloppy execution. Is silicone the right product to use at the junction of a gas heater and an a/c coil? The new condensate line was a fail from the start because they didn't bring enough and had to splice things together. Disappointing.

AC unit broke down on a hot Monday night. I called the 24 hour dispatch and not long after Donmar scheduled a technician first thing Tuesday morning. The scheduling communication and updates were super easy and quick.

The customer service and AC repair were exceptional.

Meyer was fabulous! He was expected between 4-6 but as other jobs lasted longer than anticipated he ended up showing up at our house quite late, at 8:00 on Friday evening. We were so pleased he still came given how late it was on a Friday evening. He diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly and gave us an honest opinion of when and if we should replace one or both of the systems in our house. I would say that he went above and beyond with meeting his commitment of servicing our system and give us his honest opinion on whether or not to replace either system. He is a true professional!
