I just dealt with A & B Appliances yesterday to have a fridge delivered. My experience with this company was positive all around. First and foremost, I needed a fridge of a specific width, and it's not common. After calling around, A & B was the only used appliance store that had what I needed. The price was affordable, the woman with whom I spoke, was very informative and helpful. Finally, the delivery guy was really friendly and professional. I highly recommend these folks.

The appliances seem cheap, but they are old and break quickly.

Went back to look at a couple "open box" fridges they had after last fridge I bought there died. They were trying to sell for more than new. I showed the lady home depot/Lowes exactly the same for cheaper, and she tried to tell me some models are made in China and to go buy there.

So, that's exactly what I did. Ordered the same fridge brand new with warranty at Lowes for next day delivery from the comfort of my home.

Don't waste your time with this place and their lousy repaired appliances from the side of the road.

Bought a used fridge and stove. The delivery team was courteous, friendly and on time. When I had a problem with the used fridge Candy sent a repairman out within the hour! Amazing 5 star service from a neighborhood used appliance store.

I bought a slightly used refrigerator and stove top. The refrigerator that I had wouldn't fit in the spot for the refrigerator. My apartment did not come with a stove top ?

I used to call them whenever one of my appliances needed repaired. Always had good service, always explained what was wrong and the break down of the repair cost. When i would call a guy would always answer and was respectful and answered all my questions. Today i called to see if they wanted to buy a fridge that i had. A lady answered, gave attitude said no and hung up. They need to bring back the guy because this lady was unproffessional

I purchased a used fridge for a reasonable price from these guys. They were able to have it delivered within an hour.

About a month later the fridge stopped working and (on Labor Day) they sent out a technician to fix the issue.

He handled it in about 30 minutes and there was no charge!!

I figured they were honest guys with the “god bless” printed at the bottom of their receipts!!

Highly recommend.

Frank was just great. He will deliver tomorrow morning!! He also though in a gas line for nothing. Great customer service! If you ever need a slightly used appliances, don't hesitate to call "Frank" at A & B Appliances!!

I called and made an appointment for someone to fix my washing machine. They said between 3 and 4pm. At 5pm, I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called to reschedule. I spoke to Frank. He didn't explain why they hadn't showed up, but said he'd be there the next day between 10 an 11am. No one showed, no one called. I called Frank at noon, and left a message. No reply. At 1:00 pm, I texted Frank, explained I haven't seen anyone. He said he would contact the technician. Another hour later, at 2:00pm, I texted to say I was disappointed, and to cancel the appointment.
