We've been waiting 7 months for them to look at our basement electric so we can get it repaired. Every month we have been assured that it will only be a few more weeks. Today I was told they have a big project on the island that will run them through Labor Day. We will find someone else. Someone who doesn't continue to push out for what would be almost a year. If you are not a large project or commercial business, it seems that this company does not have time for you. Good to know!

We have used AT Emmett a few times at our animal hospital and they are wonderful! The first time we called them, there was a wait for the job we needed done as these guys are SUPER busy. They are very responsive to phone calls and are very up front about wait times for jobs. The work they do is top notch and we HIGHLY recommend them for any electrical work that you may need done.

I wish I could comment on their work, but I can't. I called them about a project (all inside) at the beginning of April and was told there was a backlog and they wouldn't be able to address it until the end of May. I called them at the end of May when I hadn't heard anything. They acknowledged that I was on their list, but said that they were running behind because of bad weather. Note that my entire project was inside! I asked when they could get to it, and they said it would probably be another 8 weeks, but couldn't promise. It was obvious to me that they had no desire for the work. Used Angie's List and had a call back from a different contractor the next morning and was able to make an appointment for a home call to scope out the job within three business days!

We contacted this company to simply change a circuit breaker. A T Emmett charged us $85 for just calling them and another $300 for 30 min of work to change a $50 breaker. I would never recommend this company due to their outrageous charges.
