We needed to have an electrical outlet put in for a hot tub and saw the reviews for this business. We were SUPER excited to finally be able to use our hot tub for the summer. We called in late June/early July and someone came out and gave us an estimate. The estimate was reasonable so we accepted and he said they would be out in about a week. Several weeks go by and nobody shows, nobody calls... radio silence. We called again and were told they would be out the next weekend. Still nothing. This has repeated for over two months already - it is currently mid-September. No phone calls saying they were delayed or that they couldn’t make this commitment. Nobody showed up to look into this. Nothing. NOT impressed by the lack of communication, timeliness, and professionalism.

Had work done in a retail space. There were out on very short notice and got the job done quickly. They were also much less than other quotes. We will be using them for all other future needs. Thanks
