I purchased a Miele dishwasher from ABW Jessup just over a year ago. The dishwasher is fine. Great even. The install went well and we've had no major issues since. The two star rating is because this week alone I've received 2 calls, an email, and a text message from some over zealous company trying to sign me up for the extended warranty. The nature of the emails and voice mail border on deceptive as they were asking me to call back for a service issue which implies a recall. I do not appreciate that my personal info was sold this way. Buying a dishwasher from a show room should not expose two of my primary contacts to a third party vendor. I will ensure that this was my last purchase from ABW.

Bought our WOLF hood and WOLF dual fuel range from ABW. Couldn’t have asked for better service, professional install, great communication. Highly recommended to work with them. Worked with Graham, who was very quick with responding to any emails and questions I had. The installers were very patient and ensured I was satisfied with my appliance placement before they left. The service and repair department is very slow and unacceptable! You place a service call and it takes up to three weeks for a technician to show up just to say you need a part that takes another three week to come in and another 2-3 weeks to get an appointment to have technician come back to make the repair, then find out the wrong parts were ordered!!!! We initially place a call in mid July 2024, and the first available appointment was July 29. At no time during the process did anyone call and give us an update letting us know the parts had came in!!! Only after we called on September 12 was we informed that the part(s) had come in. At which time we were given a date of September 26 to have a technician come to install the replacement parts! The saga continues!!!!

We have had great experiences with ABW and particularly with Steve Scarborogh. From a complete remodel to individual appliances we are impressed with Steve's knowledge and the time he has spent making sure we get the right appliance. It is clear that ABW invests in training for their employees and having had prior experience with both Home Depot and Bray & Scarf I can attest that ABW is far and away better. We have only used the AWB service department for installations but they have gone smoothly and professionally in all cases. Thanks ABW. We'll be back.

We have purchased various major appliances from ABW over the years and have always found the price to be competitive and the installation service to be excellent. They do their own install and do not sub it out. It's also a testament that 10 years later we are still dealing with the same salesperson, Steve Scarborough, who always provides excellent service. When was the last time in retail that you still had the same salesperson 10 years later?

I highly highly recommend Steve Scarborough when you want to buy your next appliance. He was professional, courteous and very helpful. He listened well to my needs and concerns when I remodeled my kitchen. He was available throughout the entire process and available for questions afterwords.
