Our customer service representative, Claudia, was able to resolve all issues; We accidentally received a damaged dishwasher door, but She quickly got us a replacement and it was perfect. The price was also cheaper than we found elsewhere. Highly recommend

I ordered my gas range from AJ Madison. It's my first time ordering from the company and I was anxious about the shipping date. I spoke with Glenda and she explained the order and delivery process thoroughly. In addition she followed up with an email update the following day. Glenda provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely update my post after I receive my range, and so far AJ Madison provides top notch service.

I ordered a Kitchenaid counter depth panel ready refrigerator from AJ Madison. They did not have the model on the floor. Instead I was shown a picture on the computer which showed a built in refrigerator with only panels showing. The refrigerator delivered to be is all black. The refrigerator is not in reality counter depth. It will stick out about 5 inches and the panels will be framed in black and the black sides will show.

My kitchen installer advised me the photo shown was deceptive. Installed in that manner, the doors of the refrigerator would not open.

I immediately notified my salesperson who was very reasonable and apologized. I agreed to accept a credit.

I went to the store in North Miami and picked out a different refrigerator that was much more expensive.

A couple of days passed and I received an email that AJ Madison will not take the refrigerator back.

I can not use a black refrigerator. I did not order a black refrigerator. The photo is deceptive. The actual refrigerator does not look like the photo.

I now have to dispute the charge for the refrigerator and hold up the cabinet order.

I am so disappointed in AJ Madison. They are difficult to do business with and I believe they are guilty of deceptive practices.

I will NEVER order anything from AJ Madison again!

I was very pleased with my experience when I contacted AJ Madison regarding an appliance order I had placed. My customer service representative, Glenda, was able to help me switch out the dishwasher I had ordered when I changed my mind about which product I wanted for my new kitchen. She also answered all of the other questions I had and was very pleasant. 5 stars for Glenda and kudos to AJ Madison for having an excellent employee for good customer service. Thank you, Joanie

I recently purchased multiple appliances from AJ Madison totally over 22k dollars. Due to unforeseen issues the installation company that was used couldn’t install any of the 8 items purchased. After several phone calls an angel answered the customer service line by the name of Maria.
Needless to say I was beyond irate and unfortunately this young lady took my ranting and raving in stride. After finally taking a breath and trying to explain to Maria everything that was going on, she assured me that she would do everything in her power to see that things get corrected.
Did I happened to mention that I was calling from NJ and the appliances were being delivered to a new home I’m building in Florida!
Anyway, be the impatient animal I am, I jumped in my truck and drove down to Florida during Easter weekend to see first hand as to why my appliances could not be installed.
I contacted Maria again when I arrived at the house because on top of having items not installed and placed all over the house, the double refrigerators that were sitting in my living both had dents in the freezer doors.
Maria told me that she would contact the manufacturer to have them send new panels.
After letting her know several back and forth phone calls that the issues at the house had been corrected, Maria said that she would have install company return and attempt to install all the units.
This young lady went above and beyond what any person working customer service normal does and should be an example for employees at any company. She definitely needs to be in management.
She put up with an obnoxious, irate customer (me, sorry!) and never lost her cool. She actually talked me through every step she was taking to resolve all the issues.
Bottom line, all appliances were installed professionally by a great crew, new freezer doors delivered overnight and replaced by installers and I called Maria to tell her that I loved her! Lol.
AJ Madison don’t ever let that girl get away even after I told her I was regretting purchasing my appliances from your company, she promised to make things right, and delivered on that promise!
