We have been using All Phase since installing our whole home generator when we moved to Florida six years ago. All Phase has been professional and available when we have needed them. This weekend, our generator experienced some issues and we needed service following the hurricane. We contacted All Phase, dealt with an extremely helpful woman named Bobbi who then assigned George Stout to come to our home same day. George was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and explained to us the extent of the issue, was able to repair the issue, as well as answer all of our questions and make recommendations. We are again fortunate to be living comfortably while we await power to be restored to our area. Many in my neighborhood with generators have not had the same luck with their vendors. We are so grateful for George, Bobbi and All Phase.

All Phase installed our generator 3 yrs ago. Their service and technicals are courteous and knowledgeable. When ours tested yesterday it had an error code. I called. and within 1 1/2 hrs. George Stout came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and even found another issue that we had noticed, but it didn’t cause interruption with the working of the generator. He explained everything thoroughly and even took the time to give us tips regarding the unit. He was excellent as is the other technician that does service.

I have been working with All Phase since my installation in 2018 and have been extremely pleased with them. My last experience was extremely impressive. During the recent hurricane the Generator worked perfectly as it always has but my lanai lights were turning on and off randomly. I spoke with Johnathan and he was very interested in my problem and said he was sending out tech George S. To help. My background is in Electrical Engineering so when George arrived and we started to discuss the problem I had no idea that I was about to get an education way beyond expectations . George was so knowledgeable in so many different aspects of electrical systems and all aspects regarding Generator operations. He openly shared his knowledge and experience which brought a sense of confidence that I would not have any further problems with my equipment unless there was a component failure. I would like to thank George for his professionalism and ability to provide solutions for different aspects of the system operations.Thank you Johnathan also for listening and understanding my issues.Thank you AllPhase for going the extra step.

My whole house generator was showing a "red" light instead of the normal "green". I called All Phase who has the maintenance contract and they had someone out within hours. They replaced the starter and all was good! My area lost power the following week due to Milton and I did not. They are the BEST!!!

From our sales person Jayson and literally from start to finish their employees demonstrated their knowledge, skill and professionalism. We want to especially thank Audrey our project coordinator and Jose the lead installer for the EXCEPTIONAL efforts on our behalf. The communication was constant and the actual work to install, test and take us to the final steps was EXCELLENT, sometimes a rare thing in our busy growing area of SWFL. Robert came out today for a tune-up, and gave me a complete review of my system. He got me onto my mobile link which was not registering me due to an error on the email address on record. He was on time, having given me a heads up call. He was thorough, personable, courteous, and provided an excellent update on my system. He gets 5 stars and should be given a raise.

All Phase serviced our generator for the first time. Their technician George Stout was great to work with. He was professional, very thorough and took plenty of time to educate us in terms we could understand about how generators work, how we could do simple maintenance and the various programs offered by All Phase. After our dealings with everyone at All Phase we would highly recommend their services and will certainly be using them again.

Don't Use All Phase Electric! I don't understand how they have positive reviews, when in fact nothing positive comes from these people. These "positive" reviews are for sure fake. People can now pay companies to post "fake positive" reviews. I requested service from them, besides not showing up on three different occasions, the technician was very rude, sullen and hostile. They told me one price, charged me another. They created additional issues to charge me more! Problem was not fixed at all. I had to hire another electrician to correct the issues they caused.
