Muy mal servicio ponen muchos carros en la calle y hacen mucho ruido en el vecindario y sus carros de clientes bloquean la entrada a mi casa

This is my favorite mechanic shop. 3 things they do well, is that they do a great job with your car, have the best price, and are incredibly kind and dependable. I highly recommend Al’s. Make sure you ask for Nick, he’s the man!

Jason told me to have my car towed in, but when I arrived at the specified time he wasn't there. The other shop that works out of this building did not know that not only I was the one who called but I was also the tow truck driver that brought it in.

I got to hear all about how Jason has been avoiding my calls because he doesn't want to work on this car and how I was an annoying customer.

You don't want to work on the car, that's fine - point taken. But you didn't have to waste my time and resources, you could have just said that you don't want to work on something this old. Well deserved one star review.

I was having issues with my window switch control. At first, I bought a new switch hoping that was the issue, but I was told that is an electrical problem. Nick helped me get it fixed the same day I called within two hours! He was upfront, gave me a reasonable price and very nice man. I would recommend this shop!

I have taken my vehicle here multiple times for the same issue and seems like it keeps breaking down in less than a month after I get it back. Normally 2 days but no more than a week. Nick is either not doing his job right or simply just doesn’t care of me and my children get stranded. I have never had a bad experience like this with any other mechanic and I’m very ANGRY that nothing is being done right. I will no longer take my vehicle to him.
