Bryce W was awesome to work with. I’d recommend him every time. He did an excellent job replacing the dripping faucet in our bathroom sink. The old faucet was rusted solidly in place. Bryce’s determination was incredible to watch. He also replaced a leaky faucet in the shower. Bryce is extremely knowledgeable about his trade. He cleaned everything up well. He’s got the work ethic I truly admire.

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident involving one of your employees. On the date of 7/11/24, at approximately 5:15 PM, a company vehicle with the license plate number Van T456 was observed on Legacy Parkway. Regrettably, the driver of this vehicle displayed careless and dangerous behavior.

Specifically, the driver changed lanes without utilizing any turn signal, despite our presence in the adjacent lane. This maneuver forced us onto the shoulder, posing a significant safety hazard. Furthermore, to our surprise, the driver proceeded to make an offensive gesture towards us, despite clearly being at fault in this situation.

As a concerned party, I request a written apology from the employee responsible for this incident. Additionally, I possess photographic evidence of the van, complete with a time and date stamp, in order to substantiate the account provided above.

I trust that your organization takes such matters seriously and will take appropriate action to address this issue promptly. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I have to have my laundry drain unblocked once a year, so I am familiar with many of the plumbing service out there. Any hour plumbing was a quarter of the price others have charged me and offered better solutions for my issue possibly saving me time and money for my future. And they warranty their work which gives me a peace of mind!! Carlos was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and I appreciated his help with my drain!
