Kirk was so incredibly helpful, professional and informative. I called the shop not knowing what to expect for refrigerator parts. I was originally quoted $360 plus shipping for the parts I needed from the original manufacturer. Kirk helped me with part numbers and saved our family $250. I can’t thank him enough. He even considered the prices of the parts to a new refrigerator, which if we were in the area I would have considered the option. I have little knowledge regarding appliances and to have Kirk help a random caller like me just left me touched and beyond words.

Went in looking for an adapter for the power cord on a dryer. In ten minutes, not only did they provide me with a brand new cord but showed me how to install it and gave tips for my model of dryer. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for appliances or appliance parts!

Worked with Kirk over at Appliance Associates, he was communicative and professional. We ended up ordering a stacked speed queen that took longer than expected but Kirk kept us in the know every step of the way. We also had this unit installed upstairs, and needless to say Kirk made it happen. (We were told no by others) This was the exact reason why I didn't want to go with a Big Box store. I now have a guy for appliances. Just ask Kirk and he'll guide you and make it happen.

one...ONE refrigerator has a price listed..that's it ONE! This tells me so much about a business. Hard to shop a place with a valuable piece of the puzzle missing such as the price. While the price is by no means the most important part I still want to be able to look thru items in my price range.

I'm updating this review because the main issue has been resolved. I had a very frustrating 7 months waiting for a refrigerator I paid for in May. I was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. In mid-June, I was told it will be July 13. In mid-July I called to find that the new delivery date is August 31 - that's more than a month away. Each time I called to check, I was told it would be one or two months in the future before I'd get the fridge. Finally I got it at the end of December.
I was provided a loaner fridge at no charge while waiting for the new one - that's a big plus.
The folks at Appliance Associates were helpful and friendly in my interactions with them.
I'd give 4 - 1/2 stars if I could. I know the delay was not the fault of this business - everyone is having delays in appliance deliveries. The main reason for less than 5 is that Appliance Associates did not inform me about the delays - I had to call and ask every time. Also, they didn't follow through on promises to call the manufacturer to check on it when I called them on a Saturday.

My washer seal recently broke. Other folks told me it would take three months to get the part in. Kurt was able to find the part and get it delivered within a week. Talk about great customer service! He even recommended someone to come out to install the part for me and they got me on the schedule for the next day! There aren’t many businesses like this any
more! Thanks so much!
