Sold me an oven with a gas leak. Had to have city come inspect it for free!! They red tagged it right away. Remember if something is too cheap money wise it probably is a scam. I do not recommend if you have a family and low on money. Being ordering take out. Thinking of starting a claim for all the money and time wasted. And the danger and sickness my 3 kids fiancé and I went thru.

This is the worst appliance store. I don't recommend coming to this place. I had a really bad experience and wish I never went there. If I could give negative stars I would! Don't go there! You will definitely regret it. I should have listened to the other reviews before I went there!

I’m going to start off with saying most my purchases from them have been great except my last purchase which was a dryer. The sensor was off and my clothes wouldn’t be fully dry and then during the delivery of the dryer I needed a hose for it they insisted I could buy from them but one driver told me a price and then when I asked again to confirm the price the other driver gave me different price but then asked me how much the first guy said it was so I probably paid more for it then I should have. Other than that problem their product are pretty good. But if you want to sell your appliances to them DON’T I REPEAT DO NOT SELL THEM YOUR APPLIANCES!!! They only offer $10 to $20 for your appliances and if they have to pick it up you won’t receive anything and turn around sell them for 10x -15x than what they offer you for them..

I had an excellent experience at Arrowhead Appliance Inc. The staff was incredibly informative and friendly, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Needed a refrigerator. Received a great price. Even got a senior discount!
The men who delivered were hard working men. They had a hard job removing our old refrigerator. Can't say enough about the great customer service we received. If I ever need a new appliance, it will be bought at ARROW!

We had our machines since '16 or '17 and I intend to keep for the rest of my life. We've had issues with it but it's to be expected with any machine especially older machines with high usage. The great thing about these older Whirlpool/Kenmore/Roper/kitchenaid washers aside from the fact that they're not HE is that they are a Breeze to take apart, from the transmission up! Parts new and used are widely available. I keep spare parts especially transmissions and motors incase one fails. The transmissions are rebuildable. New oil, Spin gear and seals. Everything is easy to remove!

Great customer service! Erik is very polite, professional, and informative as he explained to me what the issue was...I purchased a used Amana washer and dryer unit from Arrow Appliance and the dryer didn't seem to dry clothes properly.... I called in to have it serviced through my 6 month in home warranty. Erik came out to check the dryer unit and explained that my dryer vent had a minor clog. He was able to pull out the lint and ran the unit to ensure it was working properly before he left. Using the unit today and it works wonderfully!
