Customer services is great but the prices are too high!! You might as well go to the store and purchase a brand new appliance!! Please do not waste time .

Our refrigerator went up on New Years Day. We called everyone who sold used appliances and this man did answer the phone. He did meet us on that day and sold us a refrigerator. Even said we could get one $50 cheaper if we cleaned it ourselves. I paid him via cash app and he was kinda rushing us out and at the time I thought let me let this nice man get back to his holiday. He never gave me an invoice. Got it home and it worked great for almost 2.5 months. The last week of our 90 day warranty the refrigerator stopped working. He strung me along for almost a week. We had just done market. So we lost about $400 in groceries. He kept giving me the run around because I didn't have an invoice. He did finally break down and sent me another refrigerator. It's arrived totally filthy and disgusting. No invoice again although I recorded the guy telling me there was no invoice. Also the 2 guys talked about me and my son horribly while they were here. Guess they don't know I can speak Spanish. I recorded it all and will be contacting my lawyer. But this was the worst experience ever. Don't waste your money shopping here.

Terrible business, overpriced, scratched up appliances and they will ruin your property during delivery and refuse to fix anything. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!

Carlos is a straight-up crook!! Sold us a "new scratch and dent" freezer for $450 that was faulty from day 1 and eventuallyblew a breaker and ruined all the food in it. Attempted to remedy the situation with the manufacturer first but they recommended we just return it. He offers a "90 day warranty" unless of course you actually need to use it. Once I contacted him about the issues he immediately started ghosting me. Ignored emails, texts, and phone calls. When he doesn't realize it's me and he answers he immediately says he has customers and hangs up on me. As crooked of a slimeball as they come. Please don't fall victim to this piece of garbage.

I found this place on Google I went in the same day and replaced my old 2002 with a 2015 clean refrigerator they delivered it in an hour of me buying it and took the old one away for a fair price! Saved me money today! Thanks Carlos you will be seeing me again!

I would not recommend this place. I bought washer and dryer set from Carlos (owner of the store) and the washer stoped working near the end of the third month of purchasing. They provided 3 months of warranty. So I called them and asked for repair that's covered by the warranty. They always have excuses and never showed up for the repair. One time, Carlos said the technician will come in the afternoon, and I have someone waiting all afternoon and no one shows up. They just keep delaying the repair. I'm really tired of calling them again and again and try to get someone come to repair it.

Totally unfriendly customer service. They offer limited information on warranty for their products, very defensive on negotiating prices. A dented scratch refrigerator is not worth 80% of its original price. 60% is more likely, my money stays with me or I’ll purchase new!
