I had the best and easist experience. Larry asked a few questions and was able get the right washer/dryer for me, and I was done in less than 30 minutes ( A HUGE plus for me) but wasn't rushed. The delivery and install was on time ( 2 hour window) and the three gentleman that arrived were very professional, friendly and left my place clean,

Great staff very, very helpful when it came to purchasing a new air conditioner. Very knowledgeable salesman. I would be buying my appliances from Berger in the future.

I am in the middle of a terrible experience with this store. I went in to buy a washer/dryer 3 weeks ago and chose a set on showroom floor that was not in stock. Salesman showed me photos of a set which was “the same just larger capacity,” which I then purchased. Upon delivery I found out it was 2” higher and $60 more for each machine- two important facts the salesman neglected to mention. I complained and they agreed to swap machines to original ones I chose once they came in to their warehouse. Then I was told only washer available, dryer unspecified wait time. A week later, the washer was delivered WITH the dryer (which apparently was another customer’s order). Two days later, I went to pull a sheet out of the washer and the center agitator pole piece came up with it. In 50 years of owning appliances, I’ve never seen anything like that. You could hear a loose screw shaking around somehow in the cylinder. I called store to complain and they offered to call GE service -which was unacceptable to me on a brand-new machine. Now they are saying they are willing to swap it once another machine comes into their warehouse in a few weeks, but they will not take back the dryer. This is an unreasonable, unacceptable solution, since I need a W/D set. Lacking their cooperation, I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. First they deliver a set whose specs I was unaware of. Second they deliver a machine meant for another customer. Third, that machine is defective. Three strikes, you’re out.

UPDATE: Owner has just agreed to take back machines and give full credit. While I commend him on his courtesy, I can’t honestly recommend this store now, since the overall experience was not good..

I had an exceptional experience with this appliance store! I needed a hard-to-obtain refrigerator urgently, and they delivered beyond my expectations. Within just a couple of days, they had the exact model I was looking for in stock and delivered and installed professionally. The entire process was extremely smooth, from talking to friendly Jim over the phone and efficient delivery team. I couldn't be happier with their service and the quick turnaround. Definitely a 5-star store! Also Amazing job Paul Nolan!

Our co-op referred us to Berger Appliance in August when our in wall AC died in our living room. Berger Appliance had to order the unit but it came within a week and they took out the old one and installed the new one without any issues. Price was on par with any big box store. This October our dishwasher also started to go and to repair quote was basically half the cost of what a new one without the reassurance the new part would 100% fix the issue or how long the fix would last, so we went for a new dishwasher with Berger Appliance. We used the plumber referred to used by Berger's and he took care of uninstalling our old one and installing the new one. Like before everyone was great and we had no issues. Again the price of unit was on par with any big box store and the install via the plumber was exactly what you would pay from someone like Best Buy. Both installs the employees were friendly, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend Berger Appliance

Thankful to the guys at Berger. Answered all my wife and I’s questions and helped us navigate several brands offerings which led us to the Cafe line for our new kitchen. Delivery was seamless and left us with no stress. We ended up ordering a new GE washer and dryer as well.

We had an excellent experience with Berger Appliance, with their knowledge of the Friedrich products to replace our old units, with the very professional technicians for the a/c installation, and the referral to contractor Paul Nolan. Paul did an amazing job installing the more difficult through the wall unit, and his carpentry work was superb, very clean. Our experience here, which we really appreciate, is that Berger Appliance is old school and gets the job done. We very much appreciated Larry's help to identify the products and what exactly needed to be done. Competence is not the norm these days, so we are thankful. No comparison to the big chains. Berger is highly recommended.

What a pleasure it was dealing with Berger Appliance as compared to a big box store. There was no drama and everything was quick and efficient. They arranged for a plumber to install my dishwasher; their dishwasher recommendation was great - I will be going to them next time I need a household appliance!
