I have used Best Price Appliance for several repairs to our Whirlpool washer and drier. At this point, they are my go-to service provider.

Most recently, they went above and beyond in troubleshooting multiple issues with our drier. They stood by their thirty day warranty. They sent our technicians on their dime and ultimately, Murat was able to completely resolve the issues without the need for expensive replacement parts.

I have found that these guys know what they are doing w the machinery and operate the business with integrity. I plan to continue using them for my household appliance repairs.

Thank you so much for the great service today.

We called Best Price today trying to find an available service guy to urgently check/fix my sister-in-law’s fridge, which was storing pumped milk for my 6-month old nephew.

Great communication from our initial call to the office right through visit by their technician, very reasonable price, came on time, incredibly honest and professional service (what we feared was the problem wasn’t).

Special shoutout to Yotam (“Tom”), the technician they sent. He was courteous, explained everything as he went, never tried to upsell services or unneeded parts, and left the fridge and everything in perfect shape and clean.

My sister-in-law has kept their card, and will definitely use them for future appliance repairs (not just fridge).
