This place has lost touch with reality, the consumer when it comes to the who, what, when, how, and where of buying used and/or damaged goods. It started off as a good thing, but obviously has gone to someone's head, in competing for customers needs. Imagine being told 2,800 for these two pieces, and only being give a 30 day repair warranty, who buys a pricey item with no fishing net to catch the possibilities of what's to come, the day after? Lots do but the informed consumer, shops retail and comfort of reliability in manufacturer's warranty and the PSE&G worry free electric repair add on. Happy hunting.

Sales team are nice friendly, too pricey 1,200.00 and literally not negotable, but at Two Way it was $400.00 cheaper.

The work that this placed it was outstanding are the only fault that they had service fee was $40 to visit and to do the repair should you need any parts or whatever maintenance was going to be required you would have the $40 deducted from the payment of whatever needs to be done my only problem was that they went on started working on the refrigerator had me thinking that they were doing a very minor work as melting ice or something to that nature none of it was discussed to me and they replaced a filter and added a gas in the refrigerator and then when they were done they told me I owe them $150 however they never discussed it with me where I was concerned when they started doing things I figured okay they're probably going to want the $40 service fee and the maintenance maybe 10 or $20 total $60 because I was not aware that they were changing filters putting gas in the freezer or any of that and no I'm not at any time mentioned it to me what was needed for the frigerator they took it upon themselves to repair it and then wanted me to pay 150 I didn't have that type of money however they were kind enough and took what I had on hand I give them 5 stars thank you
