My mom's AC broke down. Claudio arrived within 2 hrs of our call. He was friendly and professional and had all the needed parts. And the bill was lower than expected. From the very helpful staff member answering the phone to the texts keeping us apprised of our wait time to the knowledgeable tech, I would definitely recommend B&L. Thanks so much!

I can't say enough good things about B&L A/C Service! From start to finish, everyone I spoke to was incredibly professional and genuinely nice. Totally honest. Before charging me to have someone come out, one of the owners literally called me to explain what was going on and why he didn't think service was necessary. When they did come out (at my request) just to make sure everything was all right, they then explained why the unit was indeed okay (as we hoped) and how another company had been pulling my leg.

B&L AC Service is a fantastic family-owned company that has taken care of our AC needs for years. Recently, we had a series of issues with our AC condenser, which was still under warranty. Unfortunately, the manufacturer (Goodman) sent out defective parts and was slow to address the problems. Despite this, Claudio, Dan, and Fabian went above and beyond, coming out to our house multiple times, always with a friendly attitude and a commitment to making things right, even though they weren’t getting reimbursed by the manufacturer. They never gave up and stuck with us until our system was running perfectly. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. I can't recommend B&L AC Service highly enough!

This is the second time B&L has come out to fix our A/C and they are now 'Our A/C guys'.

No high pressure sales tactics, just honest men doing an honest job. No one LIKES to fix things around the house, but these guys made it a little less painless - from setting up the first appt to arranging the repairs after a hurricane blew through.

They were neat & clean and wiped everything before they left. Can't recommend them enough!

We were having issues with our compressor. They were able to come out in just a few days to diagnose the issue. Found a faulty capacitor and replaced it. Unfortunately, we were also having a power connectivity issue and we could not get the compressor back on that day. However, the technicians were so great and assured me that if I had any issues once the power was restored to let them know. Once we got the power back to the compressor (which took awhile...), it turned on right away! So grateful that the compressor was one less issue to worry about - really trust the guys at B&L!

B&L saved our lives in this Fl heat. The staff was very prompt at getting back to us. The gentlemen that came out were super respectful and did something I haven't seen in a long time, they cleaned up after themselves. I think I appreciated that the most. We needed a new system. They explained in detail what was going on so we decided that would be the best option to save money in the long run. I would 1000% recommend them. Thank you all for being professional and sticking to the times we had set.
