Super unimpressed with both the quality of their product and their lack of customer service.
I made a significant purchase for a major renovation of my home - 2 faucets and 2 sinks from Blanco. 1 faucet cost over $1000 and is garbage...
First, it took 4 months for the first one to arrive, then it arrives and causes a leak into my kitchen cupboard damaging the brand new cabinet interior. They send a replacement part, still an issue, then another replacement part, still yet again another issue. Now after my contractor has handled this to save us tons of extra cost from a plumbing contractor working on it - and after troubleshooting this with Blanco for nearly 3 months now since being back in our home after our renovation ended, I still don't have a working kitchen faucet. After much hassle they are now sending an entirely new unit, which was shipped out and is expected to arrive next week - 4 weeks further for this shipping since they finally agreed to send a new one. So in total 7 months and still no kitchen faucet. The inconvenience is huge believe it or not, as I haven't gone to purchase some cheap hold over faucet in the meantime - I've been stuck using a laundry utility sink - super fun trying to cook, clean etc. without your main kitchen sink functioning...when just trying to get settled back in your house after living away from it for this renovation. They have given no consideration to their inconvenience, no partial refund offered for this. Ridiculous.
I purchased Moen fixtures for the rest of the house, spent less than a third of the price of what we spent on Blanco products, and Moen has been excellent - no issues and no hassle.
DO NOT RECOMMEND BLANCO.
For a premium brand, it is not worth the exorbitant price and lackluster customer service - total let down of what you think you're getting when you spend the extra money. WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN.

We had a Blanco soap dispenser, and have a silgranite sink and kitchen faucet. I've had to contact Blanco's customer service multiple times and each time it takes a few weeks in order for them for them to get back to me and "address" the issue.

After a few months of using the silgranite sink, it started to stain and chip. Something that we were not expecting for a sink that was labelled as "unsurpassed durability", a "long-lasting" sink, and "stain-resistant". When we contacted them about the sink, they just sent a new sink, but you have to pay a contractor to replace the sink for you, and a few months later, the sink is back to where it was before. Now we just live with a stained and chipped sink.

The soap dispenser works for about 6 months and then starts to leak massive amounts of soap from the side and soap gets all over the counter top and leaks into the cabinet under the sink. Every time I contacted customer service they would just send the same part for me to replace, for it to leak again in a few months. I eventually just started to ask for a different model as this one clearly had a defect, but they same part was just sent over and over again. I eventually gave up and just ordered a WAY less expensive soap pump off of Amazon, and its be working flawlessly.

Our kitchen faucet started to leak last year. I've had to contact customer service 4-5 times for warranty. They just send you a mismatch of a bunch of different parts, and you have to figure out how to take apart the faucet, find out where the parts go, and put back together. After figuring out how to repair the faucet, in a month or so the faucet starts to leak again. Seems like it going down the same path as the soap dispenser, will likely have to purchase a different faucet from a different Brand so I don't have to deal with this anymore.

If I could give a zero-star review, I would. I bought a $700 Blanco Panera Faucet that exploded one year into ownership. After calling Blanco numerous times and providing all my purchasing proof, they decided to send me a brand new faucet! The new faucet worked for exactly 5 minutes before the cartridge inside exploded! There is clearly a huge design flaw with this faucet. I do not recommend these overpriced pieces of garbage. Look elsewhere.

You think when u spend decent money on a faucet they would stand behind their product. Cheap crimp ring came off the pull out hose.
They won't even send me a new part I'm sure cost them nothing.
Anyways lesson learned, don't buy Blanco. Get better service from a cheap Moen.

Have had and liked our Silgranite Sink and tap for 14 years.
The tap sprayer recently started leaking and was unfixable.
After all these years they still replaced and shipped the head, no charge.
Great customer service. Easy decision to buy Blanco.

It’s been 5-6 years since I had a Silgranite BLANCO sink, beige, installed. I am very unhappy with the way it is looking. It is discolored, chipped, and it has pit marks at bottom of the sink and looks horrible. I don’t know if I have “a lemon” or this brand was miss-advertised as being indestructible.

$600+ faucet, broken twice since 2018! No way to reach customer care (lengthy waits/hang up) and ridiculous process to try to get help. I don't recommend dealing with Blanco, or buying Blanco products
