Cassidy electric serviced my Generac generator this past June! Great job, but when my stove literally died last week, they came out QUICKLY and repaired the issue free of charge and with honest options of how to deal with these issues in the future!

I met AJ an employee of Cassady Electric at my parents house while he was working on the Duke Energy box and I was impressed with his professionalism and how he explained to us what he was doing. So after seeing him work I decided to call Cassady Electric for work at my home.
They sent Steve and Tate and let me tell you that our experience exceeded our expectations. Steve and Tate were very respectful of my wife and gave her suggestions that were way better of what I told her that I wanted done .
They installed an outlet that I wanted on the wall but they suggested it to be under the soffit . Also they repaired and reinstalled an outlet in the soffit that I also wanted on a wall . They took the time to show my wife what it would look like and my ideas would look horrible. I would've killed my homes curb appeal .
They also ran a new line to my shed and added an outlet for a above ground pool.

March of 2023 they arrived to my house to install electric for a privacy screen. During the process, one of the technicians damaged my soffit. He tried to bend it back into shape but it looked awful . I called the company to complain and have my soffit fixed. I never heard back nor did I receive an invoice for the work. Fast forward 9 months, I get an invoice. I called to explain what had transpired and further explain that I had my soffit fixed by someone else at my expense. $239.00. The lady in the office stated my bill is due and they are not responsible for and will not reimburse me for the soffit. I paid my bill but will never use or recommend this company to anyone

The person who answers the phone and does the scheduling is extremely rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately Duke Electric uses them for the energy wise service. If I had a choice I would not use them.

Company came out to perform energy wise check for Duke energy. Electrician damaged the AC drain pipe by kneeling on it when he was in the attic. Failed to inform anyone. AC stopped working, light in hall stopped, ceiling fan in same line stopped. Called Cassidy who said it could not be them at all. Called Duke and got a nice manager. Called HVAC company out. HVAC company confirmed that issue was due to Cassidy technician breaking drain line which caused some water to leak in some electrical wires and triggered float switch in AC. This is all documented by licensed technicians. Cassidy electric is at fault and refused to take responsibility or assist with issue. Stay away from this company at all costs.

The workmanship was fine. The billing and bookkeeping is shoddy. I never received a paper bill, but the other day received a past due bill with the threat of being turned over to a debt collector. I had paid this bill back in February through online banking and the money was taken out of my account. Rather than continue to argue, I will pay again…I will never do business with them again. There is a wonderful, honest electrician I have used before and will use again…Kincaid Electrical Services Inc.

I can not say enough amazing things about this company ! They really really care. I had the owner come out last year and save me thousands of dollars vs Mr sparky who were crooks. Then around Christmas my stove went out and he came out and fixed it for basically nothing and he came out even though he was going on vacation the same day. I also needed knob amd tube wiring removed and the 2 guys that came out omg they have been amazing they fix everything and are great for a a laugh as well!
