Ryan has helped me get my e-bike ride-worthy and performing great! I've come back whenever I need anything done and I drive from Palm Coast to bring my bike. They're worth the drive by far. This shop is top notch, old school customer service and new school technical savvy combined.

Great, absolutely incredible bike shop for Deland. I had a not so good story that had nothing to do with the shop but ended up being a great story in the end for me. Great guys, incredible customer service and support. Joey with the help of his father who had happened to be at the shop today took my not so good day and turned it around. My love and appreciation can not be understated. Thanks again!

This place is the best place for all your E-bike needs! My wife and I purchased an E-bike for my Father-in-law who has a little hard time getting around. He was in love with it. It did however run into an issue and we brought it to this shop. To say Ryan and Joey went above and beyond is an understatement. We didn’t even buy the bike from them and they diagnosed the problem in under an hour! I was blown away and they took care of the issue! I will definitely be back to purchase an E-Bike from them!

After having issues with my e-bike and going to 3 other shops that couldn’t figure it out I came here off a friends recommendation and let me say Joey and Ryan really know what they are doing when it comes to e-bikes these guys are true experts and got my bike taken care of same day when three other shops couldn’t figure it out

Sadly not the best experience. Prices are reasonable but the time frame for repair was way longer than quoted and when questioned by an 18 year old with this as their only means of transportation they got upset and said they would remove everything and come pick up. I get she was mad and raised her voice but she was not belligerent or cursing she was rightfully upset but fine they have the tight to tefuse service but. when I picked up her display was broke and shoved in the battery bag which is upsetting at least return in the same condition.

In response after the battery was provided we were advised it was def the cable ..after the cable then something else so even with the battery to test there was still different responses and time frames. That is what truly led to the frustration. The intentions should never be to have anyone belittled when you expressed what she said it was frustration waiting an extra week and then needing to order something else which isn't belittling but I guess thats open to interpretation. The display was on the bike when we brought it in initially even though it was not reliably turning on (I referred to a cell phone cord charging when held at the *right* angle) now there is no possible way to clamp it on the bike which is sad. I wish you the best but this was a really poor experience.
