Charter Electric: A Cut Above the Rest

I can’t say enough positive things about Charter Electric and their technician, Estevan. They recently completed a complex electrical project for me, which involved hardwiring my hot tub from the backyard to the main electrical panel in the front.

Estevan's work was nothing short of exceptional. His attention to detail was impressive, and the final job was incredibly neat and clean. Given the extreme Florida heat, the fact that he was able to work efficiently in my attic is a testament to his professionalism.

The entire process, from start to finish, was smooth and stress-free. The communication was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. Without hesitation, I will choose Charter Electric for all my future electrical needs.

I highly recommend Charter Electric to anyone seeking top-quality electrical services.

Advertising free in-home estimate but not honoring it. Showed up and offered a troubleshooting diagnostic for $225. When turned down said they would charge $69 for the call regardless!?…..Wife was alone at home and took advantage of it. Charged her and solved the issue within one minute by pushing one button. Didn’t even had to troubleshoot anything. Very dishonest company. Do not recommend and hope others read this and don’t call you.

ADD: just saw the response of Charter and I guess he needs to stick to his lies. Btw I was not home, I wondered how you explained anything at my home. When we scheduled you were clearly stating that you'd come out for free on-site estimate. Done it many times with other companies whether we ended up hiring them or not. Moreover, Charter never really tried to work anything out other then offering a discount in the future, but why would you hire them after such event?

Buyer beware, 7 months later and he is still messaging my wife on thumbtack to comment on review....who does that? I quote, amongst the other lies and unnecessary rudeness: "Just because you didn't understand what was spelled out in the description in plane english does't mean we were dishonest."

Again, do not recommend.
